I was traumatized yesterday by the Manager Rich yesterday, November 1, 2022. I entered Chipotle and stood behind two girls who... were making their order. I was the next and only one in line. When the girls order was completed, the server asked to assist me.The Manager Rich stood in front of the server and stated that the online orders were backed up and they were only taking onlineorders. I asked Rich since I was the only one left on the line if they would not mine taking my order. Rich yelled at me andsaid no we have to do online only, and you will not be served. As I proceeded to leave the server called me back and said mam, Iwill take your order. It is not a problem. I thanked him and he began to take my order. Rich heard him taking my order andstepped in front of the server and said WE ARE NOT TAKING YOUR ORDER. Rich began to yell and scream that he did not care whatthe server said and that I would not get served. I explained to Rich that the server called me back. Rich said he did not carethat I would not be served. The manager Rich yelled at me from the time I entered the store until the time I left, and I amtraumatized. I had to take off work today and will probably seek medical attention because of the way Rich treated me. It was asthough he hated me, yet he did not know me. It was as though Rich wanted to physically attack me and because he was not able to,he used his loud screaming voice and his mean and vicious behavior to wreak havoc on me. I had to write this review because Ibelieve Rich should never manage people as he may have an underlying mental problem of hate and if he did this to me, I am notsure what he is doing to those around him. I pray that Chipotle looks into this and removes Rich from ever working with peopleagain. He is dangerous! Read more
Ordered a barbacoa burrito via the app for pickup after working all day. Drove 30 minutes home to find NO barbacoa and NO rice.... So, I spent $14 for a tortilla with guacamole, cheese, and sour cream. Not cool! Edit: I can?t even call the restaurant to letthem know because the phone robot wants me to handle it online. Read more
One of the worst run operations in the chain. 20 minutes to get served and not because they are over crowed, they can't turn an... order because they have people leaving the serving line between each guest to do "something". Therefore the wait line is out thedoor. Will never return to this location. Learned my lesson with this place Read more
Food was great, staff was pleasant and friendly. The men's bathroom needs a pressure wash. ????
Not bad, but its okay. It isn't anything phenomenal but its good enough. Our queso looked a bit burnt this time, maybe it was... sitting in the heat well too long. But overall not bad food, just not major quality either. The portion sizes were great and allof my sides and sauces were in the bag. Chips are good.. Read more
Food was okie. We had a chicken rice bowl. Staff was good. We dined in and noticed how dirty the store was. I had to wipe down... my own seating spot twice. Table as well. Floors were trashed was the parking lot and front patio. Rr didn't have tp. It stanklike no1 has even bothered to spray something to mask the pee smell. Nope, won't be back to eat in filth. Read more
Had a very good meal. I had the chicken bowl and my wife had a veggie bowl. We also had chips and a drink. The food was well... prepared and the place was generally clean. One of the staff came out and was tending to the dining room. Would definitely goback. Read more
Last minute stop here with my husband and his college men?s volleyball team last night, after the Chipotle in Charlotte was only... doing online orders and couldn't accommodate us. As a group of 17 coming in for to-go orders, they were accommodating, quick,kind and the food tasted really good! We've stopped at the one in Charlotte a LOT and this one tastes SO much better.
