This place is awesome! First of all, if you are a Harry Potter fan, you will be in Heaven. I couldn't believe how many Harry... Potter items I bought. The staff is super friendly and help custoners move through quickly. It was super busy, but it didn'tfeel chaotic and the staff didn't seem stresses. The food was so good and I did a ton of shopping. I left with a huge smile onmy face. Read more

On most days I do not have a problem with Cracker Barrel, however, this day was an exception to the rule. As you can see in the... photograph, I posted this was a plate that was served to me. Absolutely disgusting! I am not not recommending this CrackerBarrel, but I just want you to know keep a close eye on your food as it comes out. The manager Kim did rectify the problem assoon as she found out about it, but it never should?ve left the kitchen looking like this. Bon appétit, I hope. Read more

Breakfast was great. The peach pancakes were amazing. I highly don't recommend their mimosas though. It tasted like a rotten... peach. I guess the champagne was a bad pairing to the peach syrup? Our server and the gift shop manager were both super nice. Can't wait to come see them again. Read more

We got there 1 1~2 hr before they closed. We were the only couple in restaurant. Fast service. Ordered meatloaf dinner and when... it came it was warm. Not hot. Cornbread was cold so butter wouldn't spread. Overall was not happy with dinner but the server wasvery friendly. But is suppose that is what happens when you go that late. Read more

My wife and I took our mother, aunt and uncle - who is 80 years old - to eat dinner here. The food was hot, fresh and tasted... great. The reason for this review is our server. A young lady named Clare was a our waitress. Her expertise in being a waitressis a dying art and it was a breath of fresh air. She's a perfect example of the way a server should perform. She made ourexperience at Cracker Barrel outstanding. It was our pleasure to leave a great tip as it was well deserved. Read more

Food was good but waitress either wasn't experienced or lazy. She told us the restaurant no longer allowed bread to be brought... out prior to the meal, but the waiter at the table right beside of us got bread and saucers prior to their meal. She also toldus they no longer give butter or preserves/jelly, but that wasn't true either. She left off one of the sides that was orderedand never offered tea or water refills. We were there several hours before closing but her main focus was cleaning and preppingfor the restaurant closing. We love Cracker Barrel, but we will definitely get a different waitress next time. Went back lessthan a week later. The waitress was a little better but not by much. The previous waitress brought out some of the food that wasordered. I asked for a spoon for my 2 year old grandson. She never brought the spoon. Had to ask the current waitress for aspoon. We finally got a spoon, but only after my grandson was fed over half of his foodwith his dad's fork while his dad's foodgot cold. How hard is it to get a spoon? I ordered chicken and dumplings. As you can see in the picture it was dumplings with abite of chicken. I also ordered carrots, but they "ran out". My husband's food was overcooked to the point that you couldn't cutit with a knife without pressure. You could tap it on the plate like a drum. Our wait time was 35 minutes which wasn't bad, butthe service is definitely lacking. Disappointed to say the least. Read more

Right off I85 interstate in Gastonia and easy to get to, like all other Cracker Barrels, this one has the familiar wares of... clothing, small home goods, gifts and accessories. Small section of sale or discounted items. Fun place to spend time browsingwhile waiting for a table. Read more
