Ordered 4 pizzas for pickup today at 2:30. They were for a birthday party. When I got there was told that they did not have my... order, that part was fine but this next part really ticked me off. I aksed the guy who was working(an older man) what we shoulddo and he said "I don't know" in a very rude tone. So then I ask if I could have him make me the pizzas really quick and he says"I don't have an order". I told him I was reordering them by asking him to make them and he then said "No your not"!!!! Understaffed ... 2x now we have had to wait 30+ minutes to pickup my order after arriving when it was supposed to be done. ... Would have given a one star, but the people are nice Read more
I placed an order about 30 minutes before they closed. Takes me about 8 minutes to get there and I walked in as soon as they put... it on the rack. Couldn?t be happier with the quality and speed. Extremely clean place nothing is out of line. I?m for sure goingto be back here in the future. Read more
Waited over 6 hours. Driver got severely lost. I will never use Domino's again. Also the pizza never came. This location should... close for the time being if they're that understaffed. Read more
This place never seems to not fail me. Every time I've made an order (aside from one made a week ago) its estimated to take... 40ish minutes but ends up being over an hour. I have to call to see what's going on to be told that they "only have one driver".I understand everything is short staffed, but this is ridiculous. If you don't have the staff then put a limit up so people stopordering. Or call and let people know that it's going to take a lot longer than the expected eta, especially since I waited overan hour to call and be told that it would be probably another hour with 3 orders still ahead of mine. I could have used thattime to either go somewhere else or order from somewhere else. Either way, I'm done with this location. Read more
We ordered online at 8:30 and at 10:20pm we still didn?t get our food. We called in and they said it would be another two hours.... I get places are short staffed but if it?s this bad you should just turn off the delivery option and just do carry out cause afour hour wait is insane. Read more
This is ridiculous this is the 3rd time I?ve placed a order and have had to wait 3 hours for a delivery ordered at 7pm didn?t... get my order till going on 10pm! We have tried for two weeks to get pizza for the family, Every single time we have ordered a online order the last two week,... they cancel it and then call and say they don?t have drivers for delivery which is fine I said I would come get it, then theyproceed to tell me that there is 7 orders in front of me that I wouldn?t be able to do that. The second time we placed the orderonline and it got cancelled again saying they are too busy to make our order. I tried to order a pizza for a coworker just nowand it got cancelled again.
