I was extremely disappointed in my recent order that totalled $48.10. The food was horrible it was hard with no flavor and the... hand tossed pizza was beyond flat which made it harder to eat. To top it off I had left a $5 tip for the delivery driver so thetotal was $53.10. A price that I felt was way over paid. I have eaten at this Domino's before and it was good but now I havebeen coming back less and less because it has got worse every time. I come up from Mebane every couple weeks to visit family here in town. I Ordered 2 pizzas & a sandwich last night. Ate the... pizzas with my dad, sister and brother in law and threw, what I thought was my Mediterranean sandwich, in the fridge fortonight. When I went to grab my sandwich tonight, it was actually a box of garlic knots? I called the store to explain whathappened and Keana immediately made it right! Very happy! As I was ordering from this person, she stood there and squeezed and popped those zits that are on her face... like she was at home in a mirror, then went back to rolling out the dough. Obviously it's pouring rain, so we pulled in after leaving the Dr office. Husband went in to order a pizza to take home. As you... see I'm in the car, he's inside "trying to get pizza". It's already been about 35 minutes. Then I look over to see a PizzaDelivery guy with several pizza's getting in his car. I know they hav'ta get them to the people who call in but "COME ON" whycan't you Toss up a pizza for the people who came to you..!!! {2/7/20: 7.00pm} Thank you Sir for your response, it shows thatyou care and no this was my first trip to your store (on New Hope Rd). In response, no we did not call in the order, we juststop by on our way home. But we were not the only one, another person (who was there when we pulled up) got their pizza about 10mins before us, so I assume they were probably waiting a while as well. I noticed several people go in to pick-up a pizza, plusmy husband said there were at least 14 pizzas stacked on the counter and the last 10 minutes, he would stand up every time onewould come out of the oven. Just saying, it was crazy to see all the pizzas that were sitting there getting cold, don't youthink? .I added 2 more stars, because the store was clean & the employees were nice. Placed my order at approximately 3:35 pm. Tracker said that my order would be ready between 4:06 & 4:16. I arrived at the New... Hope location at 4:10. I asked if my order was ready and after the cashier did a little searching, he came back and said that itwas being prepared now. And it would be ready in 30 minutes. I explained that I placed my order 45 minutes ago and the employeedoing the prep said that she was the only person prepping today, yet there were 4 other employees in the store. So I left andcame back 30 minutes later and my order has just came out of the oven. The food was tasty, but not the best that I've had fromDomino's. Guess it's Pizza Hut from now on! Read more
