I stopped by this Dunkin location while on a road trip and the coffee was great! Turns out 10 hours into my trip I realize that... my wallet was missing? I realized I must have left it on a table there or in the bathroom, so I called and there was no walletto be found. The next day I woke up to a text from the general manager inquiring about my lost wallet! He told me that my walletwas safe and in his office ready to pick up. 24 hours later, my cards, money, and drivers license was all still there and ingood condition! I was sure I would never see my wallet again but the manager Aubrey was very helpful! Honest and good peoplestill exist in this world!! Thank you Aubrey and Dunkin employees! Read more
This Dunkin has always been so good to me. I was in line for a pretty average amount of time and the representative Niyah, not... only offered me a donut for the wait, she gave me a good suggestion on what sandwich to get and it was phenomenal. The icedcoffee that I get per usual was on point too. It?s a great way to start your day going to them. Read more

Stopped for a large hot coffee and an apple fritter. The coffee was hot and made perfectly. The apple fritter on the other hand... was the worst I have ever had. I've had DD's apple fritters at numerous locations and they are consistently made the same. Thisstores rendition was a thick tough donut with apple filling... couldn't eat it..... awful. Read more
By go to location! Overall, I do think this is a great Dunkin? Donuts! I have been to two others that are just horrendous. It... will take 20+ minutes to just to place an order that will be wrong. However, this Dunkin? Donuts seems to be really well! I?venever had any issues, with the exception of wants having the wrong size, but that was just a miscommunication through thespeaker, it happens! 2 of the workers immediately had an attitude, while waiting to order the cashier stared at me and made a comment like 'can you... give me a second?'. After ordering, while waiting for our food one of the workers working the drive through brought out an orderthat wasn't mine but was acting like it was. I asked if it was the specific sandwich I ordered, and she started raising hervoice saying I was whispering (not to only me but multiple people) and had an attitude. Absolutely agree with reviewers here. This place is trash. The intercom doesn?t work and you have to repeat your order multiple... times still they get it wrong. When pointed out they argue and act weird. The person taking the order is absolutely rude and illmannered. She doesn?t have an ounce of customer service. I witness the rude behavior that happened with the customer ahead of usand rest of the staff just nods. Stay away from this place any cost. DD should look into this location. Read more
Halfway home, stopped for a coffee. Grabbed two maple frosted donuts to go with it. Got down the road and the maple frosted... donuts had sprinkles on them. Not all over them, but on half of both donuts. Unless it?s a new version of maple frosted, itseemed like the donuts were underneath other donuts that had sprinkles, and somehow the sprinkles ended up on the donuts belowthem, mine. It didn?t ruin everything, but I can taste the difference between a maple, frosted and a maple, frosted withsprinkles. Coffee was good. Read more
