3rd time in a row that I've made the trip out to this location and they never have "cappuccino mix" for the "Original Cappuccino... Blast". I find it very odd that they don't have coffee and icecream to make it. I personally believe they just don't know whattheir doing. I wont be making that mistake again. Read more
Sometimes this place is a hit. Other times, it?s not. On the times that it?s not a hit, I?ve seen employees drop cups on the... floor and pick it right back up to give to a customer. I haven?t witnessed any food treated this way so I really hope thathasn?t happened. On my last visit, they had bottles of cleaning supplies sitting next to drinks they were preparing. Thecounters are covered with spilt drinks, milk, etc. that they are putting customer?s orders on top of. The floors are trashedwith bits of food. Usually I can handle DD, but today is probably my last visit. Besides rude help, I ordered snackin bacon and I received regular... bacon slightly burned and I paid for snackin bacon. I asked if the had snackin bacon before I ordered because they Usually don'tand now they unchanging me for regular bacon. I'm so disappointed with DD. Read more
This is the third strike on bad experiences with this location lately so I?m posting a review. One day this location wants you... to make a mobile order because of short staffing and the next they are telling people in the drive thru they will be with you ina few minutes. It?s been 15 that I?ve been waiting in line to get to the speaker. There were only 3 cars ahead of me. Meanwhilethey waited on 6 customers who gave up since the drive thru line was too long and went inside. I watched them leave the line,park, go inside and come back out with food. They should just close this location because it has ?new management? but there arenever any improvements. If the employees here staffed other locations it would be a better situation all around. Stear clear of this location. The employees are unsure what they are doing half the time. the employees under trained and cannot... remember orders and get them wrong. The location does not have ingredients to make what you want. If they are at this point itis probably best that they close until they have the inventory and trained employees. This was on a Sunday. I am very disappointed. I ordered 2 sweet maple bacon sandwiches and a apple fritter. The sandwiches come with egg and cheese;... however I did not get them nor the apple fritter. I paid almost $20 to be delivered from Grudhub and gave a tip!! Read more
For a major chain donut place, the apple fritter is a complete embarrassment. This is not an apple fritter, it is a large apple... pie mix filled donut. It tastes bad, like a McDonald's apple pie. Horrendous. Dunkin, if this is what you got, just don't sellit. I should have more enjoyment if I had taken my $1.59 and set it on fire. At least I would have saved the calories.
