Wow - this place is a DISASTER/DUMP! Please avoid at all costs. First, the staff are NOT professional, look down on people, talk... about people behind the reception desks( for everyone to hear), Second, wait times are a mess, third, they speak to you in adownward manner as if they are superior (better) than the folks/community they serve. Also, I literally heard the nurses talkingabout past patients in the reception area while I was waiting to be seen (which never happened), talking to each other abouttheir problems and laughing! I mean, wow (!) what about HIPAA laws? I was so disgusted that I just walked out. PLEASE AVOID -save the HEADACHE!!!!! Read more

I used to look forward to the visits with my healthcare provider. I don't any longer. Quality of care is abysmal. Staff can only... seem to fake sympathy and sincerity. Maybe they're as desensitized to the beaurecratic red tape related to providing care; as iam of dealing with it. Bare minimum of care and only that is provided. Don't expect any whistles or bells here. Nothing toofancy. Building is disgusting. Carpet in the traffic halls appear as if people have urinated all over them for years. TheBuilding in the inside somehow manages to appear more depressing than the staff within; Which is quite a feat to pull off. Idon't even take my care seriously because they dont appear to so why should I? Hopefully their hearts grow three sizes thisXmas. Seriously need some training in compassion and sympathy. I basically wish i didn't even have a doctor with this level ofcare being provided. But hey there is a nice painting in the waiting lobby, so hey theres at least that. Read more
Prenatal care was great with my first child until it was time for delivery. Was told my fluid was low due to my son going a... little unto 42 weeks, was told to arrive at caromont for a induction. Communication was so bad to the point that the doctorsgave me medicine to induce me (FAILED) after that she busted my ?water? bag there wasn?t ANY (purpose of the INDUCTION) if itwas communicated before hand that the fluid was low I could have just had a CSECTION and avoid catching sepsis in my uterussitting for more than 10hrs for a mistake on both parts. Due to the miscommunication when my baby was due it caused me and myNEWBORN a WEEK in the hospital getting IV antibiotics to clear the infection. The only reason I?m returning is because I?m goingfor a SCHEDULED C-Section THIS TIME with my second child and the surgeon 2 years ago did a wonderful job. Read more
It's been awhile since I've been here but this place is truly for income challenge non insurance people and. they may have good... doctors but, when I went the doctors was not caring. I received poor Medical attention throughout my pregnancy in 1996 left whenthey poorly took care of my infant daughter but ,it did teach me to always seek good medical benefits and research my doctors Read more
To say this place is an utter joke would be giving it more credit than it deserves. Sure, they have a sliding pay scale but you... would be better off going to a more professional doctor's office for the same amount you'd be spending at this dump every twomonths they want you back. In fact, this place is such a nasty dump that the first time I went there my oldest son cut himselfon their counter (a counter where people just stand there). Gross, this place is gross. Left voicemails with my doctor inreference to having my prescription refilled but have had no call back in days. They had me on 100mg of Zoloft and apparently itisn't that big of a deal to them to get back with me when I've stated numerous times my prescription is to run out. Nah, it'scool. It'll just mess with my brain and get me all outta whack. The first time I went there they completely lacked any decentcommunication skills and apparently this place is for people who literally have absolutely no where else to go. By all means,try anywhere else though. They have no regards to their patients. Read more
The only redeeming quality of the pharmacy are the low prices. The staff is rude and slow, and they've been that way for years.... Currently I am waiting for my medicine and the staff has not called a single person to gwtthwir medicine in an hour. If I didn'tHAVE to come here, I wouldn't. Read more
