I have always enjoyed the occasional trip to Hooters. However this one may have changed that. The Buffalo shrimp was good, but... ny burger was burnt and crunchy, even the bu was way over toasted. I sat at the bar and the bartender started off as a goodserver, but then toward the end of ny lunch she disappeared and was nowhere to be found. Luckily I had cash and was able to payand get on ny way. Definitely won't be back to this location. Read more
It took 75 minutes to get our order. ???? I had 6 garlic parm wings and some curly fries. No refills on drinks and unsavory... service. ???? I tipped my waitress but she wasn't any good. Read more

Wife and I went to hooters tonight for dinner. Normally for any restaurant I would rave about a waiter/waitress. However,... Stephanie was probably the best waitress I?ve ever had at any restaurant. She kept our drinks topped off, asked if we neededanything, chatted with us briefly. She was kind and attentive. We got wings and Buffalo shrimp and both were great. One waitress actually working, one other on her phone behind the bar, manager in the office the entire time, I did see him leave... the office so go smoke a cigarette, one employee came (she knew all the employees so assuming she is a waitress) with her youngchild, who she let run around the restaurant while she looked at her phone, slow service. The food was TERRIBLE. Disgusting.Another table complained about the food as well. My husband said they have the best wings, that was a lie. $46 for gross foodwith no flavor. Read more
This place is understaffed and yet I never ran out of drinks , food ordered in a timely manner and the 2 ladies working all the... tables really do not shy away from hard work These 2 ladies with me in photo deserve a pat on the back and they need toteach other ladies in various areas how to create that welcoming customer experience !! We went in and waited to be seated for more than 5 minutes in a fairly empty restaurant. Then once we were seated the waitress... said she would bring us menus which would never brought. We sat and waited for more than 10 minutes never being asked if we hadbeen given menus or had our drink order taken. So my father n I politely got up and left the restaurant. Read more
