Response to Jack in the Box: You need to take this concern serious whether I submit feedback or not. I?ve seen this same concern... also posted. It?s unacceptable to have this level of dysfunction in your restaurants. DO SOMETHING VERSUS THE CHEAP COPY & PASTERESPONSES!! Sat in the drive thru at 8:03pm on 9/24/22, kept saying ?hello?, no one answered. After way gave up and starteddrive around the building, saw what appeared to be 2 employees lounging in the dining room. Check your cameras. Terrible serviceor lack thereof. Read more
Place always closed don't waste your time going here ever... I'm here on Saturday at 8 and closed again. Lol i came as a joke.... The last time I actually got someone they were out of everything. This place is the most inadequate piece of garbage I've everseen operating under the guise of a fast food restaurant. Read more
Good food friendly service. They are short staffed and it may take awhile but the people are really nice and efficient.
These joints are becoming less and less appealing. The food still tastes the same as it does always but I can't give any points... for food presentation, I mean they just slap parts of burgers together these days without care to quality. Read more
extremely unprofessional got cursed at, criticized, plus they starting huffing and puffing for no reason. when we asked for the... manager the manager came out and rolled her eyes and only said she understands then CLOSED THE WINDOW.???? Read more
Would give 0 stars if it were an option. I'm sitting in the empty (not a single car) parking lot as I write this before... leaving, no one at all in the restaurant and no response to my repeated "hello?" while I waited for someone to come to the frontof the restaurant. No smells of food cooking and no sound at all except for the music playing inside the restaurant at 3:00 inthe afternoon. So much for Jack in the box for lunch today and probably won't be back. Here at 9pm on a Thursday. They have the drive-thru blocked off and the door locked. Funny thing is a large group, 5 or 6 people... walked in right as I was pulling in the parking lot. So I don't know what kind of operation they are running here but it lookslike lazy employees hanging out on company time. Seeing as from the previous reviews this isn't uncommon, then the ownershipclearly doesn't care to fix this. Don't reward this place with your money. Read more
