I don't like leaving bad reviews on companies where the food and product is actually good but the service is terrible and that... is predicted from Management. Put in online order . Went to store and picked up 4 dozen and was told by employee they had no bags to put the boxes in. It?s... 7:00 am & now I have to carry four boxes with no help! Your store needs to be fully stocked! & when I asked for some napkins shetold me yes we have some but their just going to fly off the box before handing them to me. Location sucks. Often no dine in. Hot light is rarely on during hot light hours. Nobody answers the phone so the system hangs up... on you. I wish they loved customers as much as I love doughnuts. Read more
The drive through had a 15 minute wait. The donuts ???? were great. The milk shakes were terrible. Please wash the machine... after each order. I did not order caramel. K.K. please get better intercoms system for drive through. He missed 1/2 ourorder, kept telling everybody in line to talk louder. Read more

Amazing how fast this place went downhill! Lobby/ dinning closed permanently. Drive through only and be prepared to wait a very... long time in line. Lastly the Hot light is only on at around 6pm in the evenings, if even that! No morning donut and coffee onthe way to work. This place would be better closed! Read more
