From the entrance everything was nice and everybody was very polite! My aunt received a compliment on her clothes as she was... walking in, which means to me that nice people dine here. Our server Jose was very professional and accurate and attentive andit was cool that he spoke Spanish, made us feel very welcome. The assistant manager Darlene came over to make sure our dinnerwas doing great. She helped with our order and made sure our food came out nice and hot. I ordered my order online and was sent an confirmation number that it would be ready by a certain time. 10 minutes went by as... I?m sitting at curbside and no body came so I called inside and ask were they not bringing out my order and some young guy toldme over the phone to come in and grab my order because it?s to much to carry himself. When I came in I stood there 5 minutes andthree managers ate just having their time of their life which wasn?t about work. The young guy approaches me finally and givesmy order which was part of the order. I stated that I was missing a side and his response was ?are you sure?? So I told him tolook himself and he didn?t after I laid the food out for him to see he walked off and got my order then I was missing a drink helooked around as I was lying lol meanwhile managers are still talking in the corner ? I asked for drink holder his response waswe don?t have any and I didn?t receive any help to the curbside where I parked ?. I love their drinks but the food doesnt do it for me. Ive had this location a couple of times and Myrtle Beach Location... the... food is not that good. Not to my liking. Maybe others. Ive been twice in the last couple months and its just not it for me. Lasttime i had a chicken sandwich and wasnt like yeah let me try again. My kids love. In town for a meeting. I sat at the bar since I was dining alone. I order the Fried Cheese and Bacon Burger with fries. The... Burger was cooked to the correct temperature and was very tasty. This is only the second time eating here over the years. The rolls, ribs and potato were good. The sirloin and salad were just... ok. The menu says choice cuts, but honestly I was not too impressed. As far as chain steakhouses go, Texas Roadhouse andLonghorns have superior steaks in my opinion. Service at the bar was fast and friendly. Not too expensive. Read more
All the food was GREAT! Extremely nice atmosphere! It wasn't crowded for lunch so there was plenty of room to social distance,... and the waitress was super nice and helpful. I?ve been to Logan?s, but the first time doing a review. The food was absolutely delicious OMG!! I got the teriyaki chicken with... rice pilaf and broccoli. Also had a side salad.
