I use to think this place had great to go service. And I did have a 5 star review here. I deleted the 5 star and am now... writing a 1 star review tonight. I ordered online on their website on my phone. Before I placed my order it said it would beread 25 minutes after checkout when food would be ready. After the order was placed and I paid for it it said it'd be ready 1hour and 45 minutes. I called up there and the lady was just like "yea that's how long it will take." And I mean that's finebut before I ordered it said 25 minutes. Not really acceptable to go from 25 minutes before I order to 105 minutes after I havepaid. Just be honest up front. Read more

The best server in the industry.. She has numerous request to have her serve you. Some of her patrons will actually call to see... if she is working.... The food is amazing.. I especially love the salmon and sweet potatoes.. The atmosphere is verycomfortable. Come see Lisa! and enjoy! Read more
Me & my wife came here for a late lunch/ early dinner. The server was polite and professional. The bread is always good. We... ordered shrimps for an appetizer. They were cooked well, but very salty. We didn?t finish it. My wife ordered a Caesar salad andFrench onion soup. The salad was drenched in dressing and I?m sure it was store bought. It?s easy enough to make it homemade.She didn?t finish it. The onion soup was mediocre @ best with way too much cheese, and the bread was way too soggy. The breadyou put in onion soup is supposed to be very crusty so it?s not so soggy. The broth was scarce, tasted old and like store brandbeef broth with way too much cheese. My wife didn?t finish that either. I got the 6 oz filet with lobster tail and asparagus andFrench fries. The asparagus was overcooked. The steak lobster and fries were good. I decided to try this place again after my first bad experience. I must say things weren't much better this time. My friend and... I walked in around 4 and asked for a booth. We were told it would be 40 minutes. Maybe I just don't understand how it works butthere were 5 open booths right in front of us with no indication that they were reserved for later. But we agree to the wait. Wecome back when told and the best they could offer us was a half booth. The 5 booths were still open and literally right behindour half booth so I don't understand why we couldn't sit there. Our waitress was rude and didn't come around often. It took over20 minutes for our order to be taken. She didn't ask if we wanted appetizers so we had to order those with the rest of the food(of course meaning our wings practically came out with the rest of the food). She never asked us how the food was. She neverrefilled our water. I had to wave her down to send my outlaw ribeye back because it was practically raw even though I asked formedium rare. When it was brought back it was medium well. It did taste good but not the right temperature. I didn't get my saladuntil the very end because the waitress forgot and had to be reminded. She never apologized for it. I want to like this placebut the service has been off twice. Hard to say if I can give this place a third try. Read more
