We have eaten here many times, they have the best fast food hibachi around! I don?t usually show up to any restaurant less than... 30 mins before closing, 60 mins if I?m dining in. After a long day of shopping we pulled into the lucky samurai drive throughnot realizing it was 5 mins before closing. They happily took our order and handed us our food, we only realized our mistakewhen they turned the lights off as we were pulling away from the window. Our food had the same fantastic taste and quality as italways does. Thank you for our late night meal and sorry for coming so late! Highly recommended! Read more

Yesterday for like the fourth time I had my order incorrectly given to me I come there almost every day and I called them... several times last night around 8:45 to 9:00 where they told me they cut their phone off. So today I called back and I spokewith the manager I told them that I wanted light rice and instead they gave me white rice. This is the fourth time they havedone this now they have a policy that they do not reimburse for incorrect orders so the manager offered me a free side of ricebecause that's the only thing they got wrong. I asked them if I went to a burger joint and they gave me chicken instead of aburger and I took the meal back but they only give me the meat Patty instead of the whole sandwich? He then proceeded to agreewith me and told me that I would get a free meal within the next 5 days of this call anytime I came up. 5 minutes later theowner whoever she is calls back and tells me that she cannot offer that that she can only give me 20% off the next meal I getafter feeling totally disrespected I told her that I'm a customer that comes there literally every day in order food from them.She said she would not replace my meal. I didn't stay to her that I would never come back there again and I will go to sakeExpress instead of eating from there. Then she said well we'll give you a free meal after I threatened not to come there. Thepeople at the window have always been nice to me I cannot lie the staff members have always been good if they weren't good Iwould never go there every day but this experience led me to not go there anymore all because the owner called me back and toldme she chose to be cheap instead of helping and doing the right thing by a loyal customer! The plate I normally get used to beabout $9.50 now it's all around $12.50 and I still came there literally every day I will never spend another dime at that placeno matter how good the food or how good the staff is that on a rubbed me the wrong way completely! Made a order on doordash. Order was accepted. Then get a call that someone else picked my order up and they can't find it. I had... just ordered from them the night before and loved their food. But the owner had a attitude when I asked what happened. Blamed mesaying it was my card when it was on their end. Needless to say that was my first and last time eating there. Read more
I have a limited experience with their menu, but I have enjoyed their bento box (usually get it with cucumbers and gyoza and... either the happy, crunchy or spicy volcano roll). Recently I have been really into their tofu and I wish they offered it withany of their other meals like the fried rice, bentos, or combo meals. The tofu entree is excellent though. I usually get theteriyaki (with broccoli) or yakitori (with onion)....sometimes lo-carb style or with noodles. Staff is always really friendly.Drive up to the drive thru and they usually come out with a tablet shortly to take your order if someone is at the window. Youcan also call in your order in advance. Good place to eat sushi. Very tasty tofu soup. Minus one star for the cleanliness and minus one star for the smell. When we got... out of there, the heavy fried fish ?perfume? accompanied us the rest of the day. So, they have to do something with it. Could bebetter but the staff was super friendly. Great authentic food, served by great people. If you go your whole life without trying the secret ginger sauce, you have not ... lived life to its fullest.
