Come on, are you kidding me?! Ox tail Pho?! Yep, sure is, and it's killer. Fantastic menu all around, can't wait to come back... and try everything. This evening on my way home from work I was hungry and trying to figure out what I wanted for dinner. Nothing sounded good so I... proceeded to go home. Just settling in and I had a craving for ramen which was a bit strange because I had never had true ramenbefore. All I ever had were oodles and noodles which of course are by far from the real deal. So I sat down to see if there wereany places close by that had any and M? Viet Kitchen popped up. I was looking over the menu and thought about Door Dashing, butsomething told me this is probably one of those times I need to skip DD and drive over there. Let me tell you what...It was thewisest decision I could have ever made. I don't think I have ever met anyone in the restaurant industry so eager to explain whateverything was and so happy to help me decide what to order than Nick. He was so helpful and such a delight to be around. Iended up with the chicken ramen and summer rolls. Everything was delicious and I can't wait to go back for their Pho. The food is amazing as always. I thought I took a picture of my summer rolls. I usually miss this place because I get off late... and traffic is a beast from Charlotte. I actually had time to dine in while I was waiting for an appointment. I went for a lightmeal which ended up being a "whole lot of light food". . :D. Thank Goodness this place exists!!!! I just ordered to go and could not wait to get home to eat! Let?s break down the 5 stars!!... Customer service: 10 out of 5 stars! You feel welcome and the atmosphere is so relaxed and pleasant! Food: super good! Iordered the Grilled pork lemongrass with rice noodle/vermicelli. So much flavor!!! 10 out of 5 stat. Price: very reasonable.Wait time: it was very fast, no long wait. I also ordered the fried rolls and they were delicious! I highly recommend this placeand I will be coming back for more! Read more
