3rd and 4th Strike. Saturday I ordered a large pizza?.pizza wasn?t as cooked as it usually is..np. Took my second bite of a... slice and long brown hair was ALL THROUGH the pizza. Called to complain received a credit. Today I used the credit on 2 subs. Ishould have just went to subway. I?ve been ordering from Marco?s for years. From Ohio to Charlotte to Gastonia. Five stars for Quality and taste is best out of the chain pizza in the area. Four stars for limited delivery area. I live four... miles away and am out of the delivery area. Should expand out more, missing out on alot of business (and so I don?t have to comeget it or pay extra for DoorDash services). Read more

They didn?t even cut my large pepperoni pizza at all. Now here I am not home, with no way to eat what I just paid for because I... have no way to cut it. I also ordered a chicken and bacon calzone. Tried to order several times, but have given up. I really have wanted marcos. My address is in the system wrong so the app bugs... out everytime. Called in finally and they couldn't help me either, also couldnt get my unexpired coupon to work and said sorrythey cant override. Odd experience all around. The coupon worked in the app, but the store couldn't figure it out. I literallycan't buy this pizza. End up going with dominos or hungry howies.. they need a better address system.. and bizarre they dontallow a manager to have override ability. Marco's is the best! The pizza is great, but I am particularly a fan of the pizza bowl. As someone who follows a low carb... lifestyle, the pizza bowl is a great way to pick up a quick meal without the bread of a traditional pizza. It is delicious andketo-friendly. You can add all sorts of toppings to make your own or try one of the menu options. Sometimes I splurge and getwings, which are great as well. Marco's is a regular part of our weekly dining. This pizza eatery is amazing I'm from NY originally and I must say Marco's make a pizza closest to NY pizza I have found in... north Carolina. I would highly recommend Marco's.
