Customer service needs alot of work! Ordered online, arrived at the estimated time and it wasn't ready, but the guy at the... counter didn't give me a time or could tell me when it would be ready. I ordered a pizza, cinnamon sticks and a pepsi. I got everything but the pepsi. The delivery guy said he would bring it back but... did not. I called the store to get a refund for my drink but was told they could not see my order and a refund could not begiven but to bring my receipt to get a 3 dollar credit. I felt that was an inconvenience because I paid a delivery fee plus tipto have my order brought to me, to then have to drive to the store for a 3 dollar credit. They have no issue charging my cardbut all issues giving my money back. I asked for a manger but the RUDE cashier Jacovian placed me on hold for over 30 minuteswithout checking in or actually getting the Manager like I asked. Then the call disconnected. Marco's can keep the Soda and mymoney. I will not order from this location again. Very poor service. Read more
Used online app thank god I didn?t pay full price! Pizza was cold toppings were none existent more bread that meat: philly... cheese steak all cheese and veggies, also had to wait 20 additional minutes for my order. The deluxe pizza was the same. If I could give it a zero I would. I got a pizza and wanted it lightly cooked so they wouldn't burn it. My pizza had nothing but... raw dough. I asked them to remake my food because I'm not eating a pizza that isn't even cooked enough to eat and they wouldn'Tremake it. I asked for a refund and they wouldn't give it to me either. They expect customers to eat raw dough. The guy at theregister made a very smart remark that was uncalled for "lightly cooked means you take the pizza home and cook it yourself" andthen started laughing about it. I will not ever come back here again. Marco's pizza used to be so good and the workers used tobe extremely nice I've never had any problems until this incident. Hire better staff or you surely will lose a lot of greatcustomers that have loved Marco's like I once did. Read more
Great service, good food. Orders ready typically 10 to 15 minutes. Delivery and takeout. Got the app, ordered, great discounts,... pickup order and this was written on boxes. Never got the cheesy bread. Read more
So first off!!! I just left there and these people are so freaking nice! Ms. Tiffany split my wings up with no issue, and then... Casey brought my food to my car! And made sure i had everything! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! The store manager should givethem a gift card. Awesome service. For real.
