Staff was nice. Place really needs a facelift and it was super dark and everything was so outdated. You could see the noticeable... dirt on booth cushions and carpet. Food I would not recommend if you are really love Italian. The cheese sticks were served withcelery and it was brown and the top portion you would normally cut off. The kids lasagna looked more like chili and tastednothing like marinara or cheese and when you cut into it there was no sauce. Read more

Milano's has NEVER disappointed us no matter which meal we order. One of my favorites is the Manicotti, which is what I had on... my latest visit. Their salad is always fresh and the lettuce is always crisp, and I really like the homemade ranch dressing.Also we think their pizzas are the best anywhere and if you're not in the mood for Italian, you can always get steak (yumm)perfectly cooked and tender, or marinated chicken, and they have a wide variety of sub sandwiches. Not to forget the servers,they are friendly and proficient. Well I think you can see that my husband and I think Milano's is a great place to eat for anytype of meal. The food was excellent and so was our waitress. My wife had the lasagna and I had spaghetti parmesan. Please bring back the... special you had recently, it was spaghetti and shrimp covered with melted cheese (photo included from previous visit) I couldeat that 3 times a week???? Read more
Overall, I had a good experience. Our server was shy but attentive. He check on us multiple times and made sure we had enough to... eat/drink. The appetizer we got was basically a hoagie bun covered in cheese. In the menu, it was called cheesy bread. Sotechnically, it is that, but we were expecting something else. The salad was good. The pasta was decent but the tortilleni was alittle over cooked. We also had to ask for a different marina sauce because the one they used automatically had meat in it. Sothere were definitely vegetarian options but you had to ask for substitutions. Read more
