I had the Chicken Tender Dinner and I went on a Tuesday night not knowing there was a 10.99 Chicken Tender deal, but I know now.... My server was Maya and she was very nice and patient I surely appreciated it. The Dinner comes with a two sides, I had mashpotatoes and Mac n cheese. The potatoes had skin mixed in but they were very smooth which is sometimes hard to find and theywere soooo good. The Mac n cheese was also delicious!! I?m a very picky eater and it?s rare to have restaurants make non loadedMac n cheese but they do have the other as an option for additional charge. Only giving one star, because there is no zero star option. Visited this location and was very disappointed with the service.... The meal was not very good either, the salmon was dry and lacking in flavor which was supposed to be Cajun. The portion of theasparagus side was minimal at best and we had to wait for coffee and tea to be made. The table was sticky, as though the finishhad been compromised by using the wrong cleanser. The place was nearly empty at 7pm, which should have been an indication, butas choices in the area were limited we chose this place. We felt rushed to leave, as the waiter came mid meal and asked if wewanted boxes and then shortly after offered us the check. My coworker was so put off by the waiters actions that he left half ofhis meal uneaten. I will not return to this location, and will likely not be eating at any other O'Charley's location in thefuture. Very disappointed. Read more

Ordered online, picked up at location in Gastonia NC. I ordered Southern Pecan Chicken Tender Salad & that salad normally has... mandarin oranges, dried cranberries, bleu cheese crumbles & candied pecans with Balsamic Vinaigrette. But I got lettuce,chicken, cheddar cheese, tomatoes & cucumbers. That's not even close so I called so I could get the food I ordered & theattitude was that of someone acting like I did something wrong. When I said there was cucumber on my salad she said they don't have anything with cucumbers ???? Told me to hold so she could go find out what to do. (That's definitely not how you handlethis). She comes back to the phone & says it will be ready in 15 minutes. Then when I hung up my fiancé said his Garlic ShrimpPasta was terrible. The noodles were overcooked & the shrimp undercooked. I go back to the restaurant & the girl up front wasnice to me & told me they had all new cooks. But that's not an excuse bc what about O'Charley's standard? What happened tothat? So I get home with the new food & I took one bite & threw it in the trash. My salad was disgusting. My fiancé's "Alfredo"was mac & cheese noodles with white cheese on top. He said "it tastes like feet." So we are eating the rolls that were in thebag. My little kids had the new chicken sliders & when I asked was it good my daughter said "its not the best but I'm hungrymom." I paid $42 for 3 kids meals & a salad, no drinks. And 2 meals went in the trash. This situation definitely calls for arefund. I have been eating from O'Charley's for at least 15 years & this is not okay. You guys need to do better bc this goround you don't deserve 1 star. I really hope this is not the new standard. Read more
Mckenzie server was great but could tell she was busy. Sampler was ok potato skins were way over done, chicken tender were very... small and over cooked. But the spicy pepper jack wedges were amazing. I got the same thing I've alway got Cajun chicken pasta.Won't be back to get that very very skimmy bland and tasteless. We ordered for delivery. It was delivered 1.5 hours after the stated time. They didn't send our sauces and I think the Mac n... cheese was made by my white ancestors. No taste and dry. Ribs were okay. We spent over 100$ it was not worth the money. Read more
Busy Saturday, only 3 servers on the floor, new cook, new management. Waited about 45 min to be seated. Server got our drinks... but never brought rolls had to ask her if we could get some after about 10 min. Ordered food looked pretty good. Honey drizzledchicken was good and the seafood platter looked good until we noticed raw shrimp after eating a few. Which I must add that theshrimp is prebreaded and frozen.
