Stopped in here on our way back home, no wait to be seated, but a small wait for drinks and ordering our food. All and all the... food and drinks were wonderful. The service was good, I could tell there was staffing issues but our waitress did the best shecould and I do take that into consideration. The food was savory and cooked to perfection. Our mixed drinks were Margarita,Moscow Mule, & Mojito and were very tasty. Though we were there linger than we anticipated, everything went smooth and we leftsatisfied. Read more

My wife and I stopped in for a dinner tonight after working at the Southern Christmas show in Charlotte all day. It was busy but... we still got in quickly. We didn't have to wait long for the food and the server has suggested the chili. When I asked about itstating that it was a very good. She wasn't wrong. My son and I visited this location on July 11. We were in town for a family emergency. Food was absolutely fabulous. The server... was great and attentive. They would Have gotten 5 stars if it wasn?t for the sketchy people hanging around there. It was veryunsettling. They had backpacks and were hanging around outside when we arrived. They continually went in and out of theestablishment including in and out of the kitchen area. Otherwise everything else was great. Read more

Recently had dinner at this location and received incredible service by Jessica E! She was super friendly from start to finish... and very knowledgeable about menu and was able to make some great suggestions when I couldn't make up my mind. She made sure tomake my daughter feel super special and got her food out fast so she wasn't fussy. The food was great as well! We love outback!Please make sure to recognize Jessica E. Dinner with husband and we have not been in several years do to covid. I will say our server Marissa was great! She was friendly... and made sure we had everything we needed. We did notice that most servers and hostess walked by several times and napkins thathad dropped on floor they never bothered to pick up. When we walked in no hostess up front we did not have to wait long butseveral workers walked by us and never acknowledged us to say someone will be right with you or anything. To us when you areat least acknowledge that means a lot. The food was great he got steak and i had chicken our complements to the cooks! Bread washot, great meal. 4 stars Read more

Had dinner from there for my birthday. My Ribeye had so much gristle that you couldn't cut it with a sharp knife. Got maybe 2... bites from the entire steak. I was sent a $20 gift card to replace the $ 30 steak. Decided to try a burger since I refuse tospend my money there due to the last situation and they didn't give me enough to replace that. Ordered burger and fries.Special instructions was no seasoning on the fries. Order was to be ready at 5:50. It was ready at 6:25. The card wouldn't gothrough and she brought it back out to me and said it wasn't activated and she didn't know how. ( me either ???????) She saidthat she would ask a manager. Needless to say the fries were so salty that they were thrown away.???? So much for secondchances. Read more

Shortstaffed (obviously due to pandemic), but service and food were all great. Gingerbread martini (strong), house salad (basic,... but good), ribeye steak w/ garlic butter (great flavor), and brownie (lots of nuts)...no complaints. Not the best steakhouseever, but definitely worth going to. Seats, lighting felt nice. 97 health rating. Yummy food. Read more

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I ordered thru DoorDash and doordash corrected thr issue the best they could. ... The problem wasn't theirs to be honest. The food was horrible. Everything I ordered was cooked wrong. I ordered over $200 insteaks and not a single one was cooked right. Each steak more bloody than the one before it. Being a person that gets theirsteak well done, I definitely wasn't eating it. The "mashed potato" wasn't even mashed. It was hard. Like they took a potatoand barely cooked it and threw it in the bag. It was extremely disappointing because it was my first meal coming home fromhaving brain surgery. After eating hospital food for two weeks I thought this would be a nice change. Way to ruin that for meOutback. I called and tried to speak to someone but could never get anyone to answer because lets be honest here - thisrestaurant never has their stuff together. The past four times I have tried to go to physically eat there before my surgery Iended up leaving because we waited so long and never got seated. I thought DoorDash would be the way around this. The next day Ifinally was able to speak with a manager who told me she was there the previous night. So I guess she just didn't bother toanswer the calls I was making. She attempted to make it right and clamied she would mail me some gift cards to reimburse me forthe steaks. Mail them because I am not able to go out in public because of the brain surgery. I had no problem paying for theother food. Although it was cold by the time we waited over three hours for it - I paid for it because it was what I ordered. Of course, the gift cards never came. I guess just lying to people is better than making things right. I will be sure to letpeople know how this restaurant treats its patrons. Unacceptable. Read more
