The customer service was pretty good. They were trying and I was patient, that?s all I?m going to say about that. I was turned... off by the lack of cleanliness in the store. It seemed like everything was sticky the floor, the coffee area including milkdisposers(I barely wanted to touch it.), the tables and doors etc. This restaurant needs a remodel or at the least a deepcleaning. I haven?t been to this store for lunch in ages because they kept messing up the orders. Today I thought, ?today is a nice day... for soup & salad?. Thought I?d give it a try. They switched my order with another & gave me food I?m allergic to. Then, when Icalled they said they?d be happy to get me the right food if I just drove back over? This Panera location used to be really excellent, but in the last few years it has gone down hill. Quality is hit or miss. Too... often they short you on ingredients and don't tell you. They are always out of menu items, or the baguette!? Tonight, forinstance, my home style chicken noodle soup was all broth with fragments of noodle and chicken. My husband's Mexican fiesta soupwas missing a few ingredients. We were home before we opened our bag, so going back was not an option. The only reason I'mgiving three stars and not two is because the manager on duty did give me a full refund, so that was a plus, but we were stillout what should have been a good dinner. Read more
This was my first experience at Panera Bread, and I must say, it was AMAZING! The food was a little pricey, but great. What did... it for me was the AMAZING service I got from a cashier named Haley. She was very accommodating and friendly. I wish cashiers allover the state were more like her. 10/10 would recommend. Read more
They never seem to have it together. They?ll text you that your order is ready, but you?ll stand there and wait an additional... 20-30 minutes. Also, if they?re out of something, they won?t tell you; they?ll just leave it out of your order and let youdiscover it on your own. The customer service has went downhill here. It used to be a nice place to go, now it?s trashy and theemployees aren?t friendly. Do yourself a favor, save money and get better quality food from Wendy?s. Read more
Seeing I had to wait 15-20 minutes for three simple items and the line just getting longer and longer with five people working... in the back, they spent most of their time gazing up at the order screen and arguing over what was included with what order. Read more
Ordered a whole size chicken Caesar salad. I asked one of the workers if it was indeed a whole size because that?s small for 11... dollars (see pic). She insisted it was, and I?m not one to argue. Noticed afterwards that they did not include the croutons andgrated cheese I paid for. Honestly should have gone to Golden Corral for my salad. At least I would have got a decent portionfor the same price. Read more
I had dental work done and needed something soft and warm to eat. Their Mac and Cheese was perfect. Nice and creamy.
