After everything, the pizza took 1 hour and 45 minutes to arrive. But time it arrived, it was barely warm and it was dried out... (like it had been sitting under a warming lamp for too long). Since I signed up to get alerts, I was tracking my pizza and itsaid it was arriving in a timely manner. However, it had been ?arriving? for over 20 minutes so I called the store. The firstlady I spoke with ?checked on the status? and said the driver was 10 minutes out. 25 minutes pass and nothing. So I call againto just cancel the order and get refunded. This time I spoke with someone else. She informed me that according to her system,the pizza was delivered so it must?ve been delivered to the wrong address. She offered to remake the pizza. Which I went aheadand accepted. However, she called right back saying that there was a ?malfunction? with the driver and that the pizza wasactually on its way. So we eventually got the pizza, by this time, the quality was terrible. Very dried out and hardly warm. Weate it because we were hungry (after waiting almost 2 hours). But it was not good. I did end up filling out a survey theyemailed. It allowed me to ask for someone to contact me regarding my terrible experience. It?s been at least 3weeks and stillnothing. My first time ordering from this papa Johns and by far was the worst. Ordered well done and the pizza came CRISPY. Called in and... spoke with Michelle and she nonchalantly advised me to eat around the burnt parts. Told me there was nothing that can be donebecause the manager was not in. I?m livid Read more
Ordered the epic pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and we got ONE, SINGLE pepperoni on it!! Pepperoni wasn't even in the crust like... it's suppose to be!! This is my second time ordering from this papa John's, both times they've messed up, so this will be mylast time!! Read more
Pizza barely had sauce. I let the last few orders slide but decided to call the store today. Told them pizza have little to no... sauce and doesn?t taste good. Manager didn?t offer to correct it and told me next time just order extra sauce because shewatched those pizzas made and it was correct amount of sauce. As soon as I walk in the door and they ask me if I had a pickup order and I told the lady and the skinny guy that we were... placing an order. The girl at the register was extremely rude and was like "oh you're wanting to place an order? We're not doingthat we're too busy. Our whole screen is filled up and the wait time is at least 45 Minutes and we're the only 2 here." I didn'tknow fast food restaurants turned people away for being too busy? I've worked in fast food before and also have been a managerof a pizza hut and have worked multiple shifts by myself with one other person. I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a pizza at 8:06 PM and was told a 45 minute delivery time. I called the store an... hour later and the girl said my order was next to be delivered. I called back another hour later and after holding forever Ispoke with some guy that said he couldn?t even tell me if my order had even left the store and was going to transfer me to amanager. The call dropped immediately. I tried to call back many?MANY times and couldn?t even get anybody to answer so I couldcancel the order. 3 hours later a door dash driver comes bringing a room temperature pizza. I understand they are short staffed,but don?t tell people 45 minutes and it take 3 hours. I never would have ordered the pizza. Read more
Super long wait time. Domino?s definitely has them beat on time and delivery wait. Ordered thick crust and got thin. Pizza was... burnt and so were the jalapeño poppers. But Even though the pizza was burnt it still tasted better then dominos. After an hourof waiting I called and they told me I could come pick it up for half the price so I did that and my 3 stars go to how nice theguy at the front desk was.
