If it were possible to leave zero stars that is exactly what they would receive! This place was horrible and the employee/... manager was so foul mouthed, that I had to hang up on a phone call with my young son who I didn't feel it was appropriate forhim to be subjected to such a disrespectful person! I?ve had issues with this location in the past with deliveries after 10/11 PM being canceled, missing items on orders which... management did not seem apologetic for, it?s been a few months since I?ve ordered from this location but tonight the deliverywas quick and all of our entrees were fresh and delicious. I called to place an order. Was told 30 minutes. We arrive about 40 minutes later. They forgot our breadsticks. By the time they... completed the order, our food was cold. The manager on duty had the worst attitude. When we started to complain, she got anattitude with us. She yelled and practically threw the food at us. When we got home I called to ask for the district managersnumber or for them to contact me. The same manager started flipping out again. I had to stop her and calm her down to receivethe information requested. She assured me the district manager would be in touch. The district manager never reached out. Worstcustomer service ever!!! They served us boneless wings that were raw in the inside. When we called and told lady named cookie she argued with us and... tried to make it seem like our fault. The manager wouldn?t even get on the phone my husband had to drive and take back the foodfor refund. Our meal was ruined and had to go elsewhere so ridiculous. Never eat there again. Read more
