I used to really dislike pizza huts food but lately this is my go to pizza place. The staff is amazing and very funny and... entertaining to watch and listen to. They seem to enjoy their jobs or at least make the best of it while they're there. Thenhave never got my order wrong. I don't like the answering service thing I don't want to speak to someone that's not in therestaurant and the ppl that answer won't get that through their heads. Pizza Huts Ozark location is a very good Pizza Hut.This location is well kept, the service fast and friendly. I ordered a beef,... bacon and black olive pizza, I also asked for it well done, the pizza cooked perfectly and delicious.This Hut checked all theboxes & definitely earns the stars. Read more
Order a pizza a bread for delivery at 6:15pm. Called them an hour later to find out where my pizza was. Told me they were short... on drivers, and that I should be next. Pizza arrived at 7:30pm, and it was barely warm. I understand short staffed, but if apizza will not be delivered for over an hour, it should not be cooked until its almost time to be delivered. Will not ordertake out from ozark pizza hut again, unless I can be guaranteed a hot pizza delivered. Read more
We were having a birthday party that started at 11. I called the night before to ask what the best/ easiest way for the team to... have the order first thing. The team member took my order right then and said it would be ready at 10:45. We arrived at 10:40and everything was being boxed up at that time. The staff was super friendly. The food was great. It was just an all aroundwonderful experience. Previously we were going to the location on 321 (or Chester St). Each time we went to this location, thestaff was rude and the pizza was less than mediocre. The last time we went, the staff was super rude.
