Usually have a good experience at this location. Unfortunately, due to my last visit I will never return! Not only was part of... my order cooked incorrectly TWICE but I received a baked potato that was rotted on the inside. Disgusting. Mind you my bakedpotato was loaded so you saw the rot and decided to put butter and sour cream on top of it hoping I wouldn't notice. We had a party of 7 people out celebrating my promotion and wanted to go to our favorite place to eat since it's a rare... occasion. We have never felt so dismissed as we did tonight. Our waitress told us she had a 13 top and was rarely seen. We ranout of drinks several times and had to ask for more biscuits several times befor finally getting more. Worst experience in ourlife. I should have known when I walked in and saw the grade of a 97.5, this was not going to be a good experience. It was my... daughter's 21st Birthday so we went with some seafood and some pasta for dinner. My son ordered a hamburger n fries, so justdifferent place other than fast food. We ordered appetizers and after waiting 25 minutes for them I canceled them. Thewaitress kept apologizing for her service. The food took an additional 30 minutes to come after we ordered 10min after orderingappetizers. By the time the food came, my son's hamburger was undercooked....raw in the middle of sandwich. We never gotrefills on drinks until we were leaving. Finally the manager came out to talk with us about these problems. He did compensateus for the meal by way of removing some of the items. Alrighty, first off. Sticky tables. Disgusting. I was welcomed by the lovely Sydney, she is amazing and I will definitely be... coming back to tip her and that’s it. She showed amazing service and gave great maturity to my friend and I. My friend and Icame in to just sit down after a long while of walking. While we waited, we simply asked for two cups of water and biscuits thatwe would buy if needed. The manager made awful remarks, saying that we didn’t “deserve them”. Coconut shrimp were crispy outside and tender flesh. Order came with 12 , but you can add 6 more for $4.99 if you have friends... that like to eat off your plate ... The baked trout filet was also delicious and perfectly cooked. Needless to say the biscuitswere never-ending. 4/9/22 Update - service was not as good as we're used to tonight. The food was still exceptional. Hubby hadthe build your own 3 combo, with scampi & scallops & fish. He enjoyed it. I had the coconut shrimp+6 again. You really can't gowrong with that! I have been coming to this location for over 10 years and this year has been terrible. My visit as a reward member last month... (wife birthday) was terrible with unlimited shrimp being so delayed and then the waitress blamed the cooks and being shorthanded then at the end of the visit the line cook brought out the food and says the waitress never let them know about there-orders. I simply tried again 10/23 (my birthday) and was surprised that the service had not improved. It took 35 minutesto get our re-orders then equally the same for the 3rd request. In addition, the first serving was the serving size of a refillvs the first serving. We had to ask the waiter to remove old dishes, refill our drinks. I would have assumed it could bestaffing but then we saw a birthday celebration with your team and there was 12 plus team members and one sitting in a booth. As the check was brought after I had given my card information the waiter had informed me it was staffing and the refills arenormally not this slow.
