Its 10:15 am snd ive been sitting here 15 minutes and see no activity going on inside. Says they open at 7:00 but noone is here.... Good way to make sales and keep business. Sad what this place has come to. Read more
Love sonic - however hours on Thursday were listed as 1130pm "confirmed 1 week ago by the business" so I drove over after work... with a huge craving only to be told at 11:02 they had closed for the night. This location is across town from my home and notnearby other fast food options, but never the less, I'm sure I'll return. Might want to verify and update correct hours onGoogle though. Read more
I may have been in a spot with a bad speaker but this is the longest I've had to wait for food at a sonic and the hardest I had... to concentrate to order. Somehow, even though I knew what I wanted, it was a ball of confusion. The Burger, though Luke warm andmissing toppings, was very good. The fries, not so much, they were hot but link and had a weird aftertaste. The drink wasmissing the limeade part of the limeade and lacked carbonation. i will not be eating here ever again, after ordering my food I a took a bite of my buger and it was ice cold so i go back up... there to let them know and they replace it and the second burger was still cold. after that i just ask for my money back thereno way shape or form that you should be serving cold food. this early in the afternoon. the crew needs to be retrain on how longfood should be sitting out for and not be serve after so long. Terrible hamburgers. My hamburger cooked so long its hard to recognize. Everything else was okay. Kids hamburger cooked way to... long also. He just ate the bun. See picture. Food arrived fairly quickly, took a good bit for them to take my order. Not a fanof this location. Read more
Worst fast food experience of my life. We pulled up to the order kiosk and sat for 20 minutes with no answer, pressed the button... multiple times- nothing. The drive through only had 3 cars so we opted for that and ordered two large tater tots... that's all.Sat for another 20+ minutes to get them from workers with unwarranted attitudes. Tried to order door dash from them a few weekslater and ordered, you guessed it, two large tater tots and nothing else. They took so long to prepare it (over an hour, I wishI was joking) that the dasher just cancelled the order. Astoundingly ridiculous. Read more
I ordered on the app and when I got to store my order was missing onion rings and a drink. I had to get out of the car and find... someone. The first person I came across rolled their eyes at me. Finally someone asked what I needed and told me they were outof onion rings. They weren't even going to tell me when they dropped my food off. They charged me for them and was just hoping Iwouldn't notice. Food was cold when we got it. Fries weren't even filled up half way. Staff is rude. I wish I could give them nostars. Read more
Food is fine, not great but fine. Service is good. James was our server, fast and polite.
