I just want to share some praise for this location. This is the store I frequent on my way into work. Every person I have... encountered here is delightful and on two separate occasions when I was having really bad days they put something cute on myorder, I?m sure it?s coincidence but I am grateful. I see how hard these staff work. This location I think it?s better than Belmont because they?re not as busy all the time and... they also have much better quality built drinks. When I asked for a salted caramel cold brew in Belmont, they put a bunch ofsalt packets in my drink. This one also doesn?t run out as soon as much as they used to anymore after renewing it! Ordered a mocha Frappuccino and they gave me a white chocolate Frappuccino. I went inside and the Barista informed me that the... drink was made correctly. My receipt didn't even have the correct drink on it. Nothing they done was correct but they blamed mefor their mess up. They gave me a white chocolate Frappuccino with one pump of mocha. Staff was super friendly and smiling faces on everybody! We walked in, as drive-through is always longer at any Starbucks.
Up until the other night I like this location. I ordered a mobile order and went through the drive through as selected on the... app and the cashier was rude, practically threw my drink at me and the drink was overfilled, it shouldn?t have been that fulland she didn?t even offer napkins I had to ask for more and more as it got everywhere.
