Ordered online and picked up at store. Even ordering online, 2 of five sandwiches were not correct. We wanted BLTs wraps and... received BMTs. First time visiting this subway and wow, was i impressed with being end and out so fast and the two girls working up front were... really nice gals. They keep that attitude up they will definitely move up to better places, also it's easy to find right by themain roads. Read more
10/17/2020. Customers check you sandwiches before you drive off.Love subway But bought a 12" cold cut combo sub got home bite... into it didn't taste right opened it only had bologna on it. Called back manager not there spoke wirh Karen she was sweet andsaid I could bring it back get the right sub. Told her I couldn't come back that way until tomorrow she told me to save bringit tomorrow for a trade. Moral of this review: check your order before you leave. I'm not taking it back because it's dinnertime & I'm home and hungry. Reviews just to let customers know to check your order. Employees were great while I was in store.I Read more
This subway is fairly close to where I live and although, I loved my sub, there was this particular employee who thought being... wasteful was more important than feeding a homeless, the backstory to that statement is, she made the wrong type of sandwich,and instead of giving to a homeless, she said, "im not feeding you, get a job" and threw the sandwich away. The experience is average of what you might expect from a restaurant of this caliber. The food is above average fast food... quality, and the prices are comparable to similar establishments. The environment is clean, and well laid out, though a bitsmall. All of the equipment and furniture was up to par as well. It is worth pointing out that the staff were very prompt, andprofessional.
