Avoid weekend staff, young brunette girl was more interesting in talking to boys than to ring me up. It was super busy and she... treated me and everyone else rushed, didn't ask for my number for points and was very uninterested in being friendly. Have hadno issues during the week staff though. Drove by to see they closed at 11. Pulled over parked and got out of the car a few minutes until 10 and headed over. As the... girl saw me coming she locked one door and turned the open light off. I opened the other door and she informed me they close at10. I said the sign says 11 and she said its 10 now because of covid and informed me its on a printed sign. It was printed tinyon paper. If your gonna change your hours change the big sign so I know not to get myself my wife and 3 kids out of the car. Read more

I absolutely love going to Sweet Frog! I treat my kids at least once a week to this place. The ice cream is delicious and I do... like the fact thatbwe can self serve our toppings. You can tell a lot about this place just from walking in. Pleasant team, very polite with great manners. Love the music and... the vibe, noticed an odd review down below which is obviously someone who?s never been here. The Manager has always been verypolite and kind, and knows most customers by name. The frozen yogurt was delicious. There were so many flavors and choices of toppings. Sitting outside on a 70 degree sunny day... during the NC winter just made it better. I dropped one star because I believe it's very expensive even if you get small sizes.It's by weight rather than size which I found out the hard way during my first visit. Read more
4 stars for the workers. The girls were very nice. But the management was lacking a bit. A lot of the food was out of stock.... They seemed to be very low staff. We ate inside and the whole time the 2 young girls working were running around busy keepingup the store alone. There was even a rude customer that the girls handled very well. Read more
