Overall, the service was quick, staff was nice and I got everything I ordered. No long wait at that time of day.
Went thru drive thru late night. Was told before I ordered that no grilled items were being offered. Guess they cleaned the... grill early which doesn't make sense since you are promoting the double steak grilled burrito. So then I look over the menusince I've lost half the menu Cause they are grilled items. So I order 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos. Now im told we ran outof beans and rice 30 minutes ago. Um. I worked for Taco Bell for 5 years in Charlotte NC. You can make beans Cause they are acarryover product. There are directions to make a single pan of rice. This location is... fire compared to the one on 321, staff seemed happy and were efficiently working through orders as they came in.
