Overall, the service was quick, staff was nice and I got everything I ordered. No long wait at that time of day.
Went thru drive thru late night. Was told before I ordered that no grilled items were being offered. Guess they cleaned the... grill early which doesn't make sense since you are promoting the double steak grilled burrito. So then I look over the menusince I've lost half the menu Cause they are grilled items. So I order 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos. Now im told we ran outof beans and rice 30 minutes ago. Um. I worked for Taco Bell for 5 years in Charlotte NC. You can make beans Cause they are acarryover product. There are directions to make a single pan of rice. The people working that night were ready to leave at timebusiness was to close. Plain and simple. Read more

I have been going to the Taco Bell on Hudson St in Gastonia for many years now and the service is always fast and friendly. The... staff even knows me well enough to welcome me when I go there and thank me for coming back. The food tastes great and is stillhot and fresh when I eat it. I highly recommend using the Taco Bell app to place your orders. You can make sure you have orderedexactly what you want and you also get perks and points for free Tacos. I hope the bring the Taco Lover's Pass back soon! Imiss the free tacos each day for an entire month! But at least they brought back the MEXICAN PIZZA. Yummy!! Read more
Multiple soggy chalupas and half of our order missing. 5 layer burrito had cheese, beans, and sour cream. Absolutely terrible... food and service. Read more
Very disappointed! The employees were arguing! They were out of nacho fries and gave us cinnamon twist instead. They tasted like... gas literally, so disgusting. We were missing 3 tacos and the cruchwrap surpreme we order had no meat! Maybe if they can spendless time arguing and more focused on what they are doing our order would have been right. So sad because it's the nearest TacoBell. Read more
Edit: My experience with the location on 321 has changed, and is roughly on par with this store currently. This location is... fire compared to the one on 321, staff seemed happy and were efficiently working through orders as they came in.
