10-22-22 Worst fast food experience in my 55 year life. Got there at 8:30pm and didn't see anyone at the register so ordered... from the kiosk. Then realized everyone in the dining room had not got there food yet. Asked one of the workers if we couldcancel our order and he didn't offer any help. Over 30 minutes later we got our food. Took it to go since it took so long. Mylemonade was pure water. Young lady making food kept saying "I'm not rushing" and believe me she wasn't! There were 4 peopletrying to run the restaurant. Gave me soft tacos with sour cream all over the outside. Disgusting because none of my order even included sour cream, and I... touched it and got it on my hands and almost threw up because I HATE sour cream. This place is TERRIBLE?? Argued with the manager Courtney for almost 5 mins. straight because I overheard her tell the cashier... at the window she didn?t feel like talking to any customers at the window with a attitude. When I told her it was unprofessionalfor her to act like that she states she didn?t say anything blah blah blah. 2nd nastiest Taco Bell food I've ever received. And that's saying a lot considering I've visited different locations all over... the eastern half of the country. I could stab someone with my Chalupa shell, it's rock hard. Not like it's been sitting but allday, but all week. What kind of pos sends out a product like that?
