10-22-22 Worst fast food experience in my 55 year life. Got there at 8:30pm and didn't see anyone at the register so ordered... from the kiosk. Then realized everyone in the dining room had not got there food yet. Asked one of the workers if we couldcancel our order and he didn't offer any help. Over 30 minutes later we got our food. Took it to go since it took so long. Mylemonade was pure water. Young lady making food kept saying "I'm not rushing" and believe me she wasn't! There were 4 peopletrying to run the restaurant. Gave me soft tacos with sour cream all over the outside. Disgusting because none of my order even included sour cream, and I... touched it and got it on my hands and almost threw up because I HATE sour cream. Often out of drinks you already paid for inthe app, and I can't drink anything but diet so...? Of course emailing corporate will do absolutely nothing, but keep trying! Read more
This place is TERRIBLE?? Argued with the manager Courtney for almost 5 mins. straight because I overheard her tell the cashier... at the window she didn?t feel like talking to any customers at the window with a attitude. When I told her it was unprofessionalfor her to act like that she states she didn?t say anything blah blah blah. Point blank, she was RUDE, told her we?re arguingback and forth when she could be making the food. Waited in line for 40 mins. (No exaggeration). 2nd nastiest Taco Bell food I've ever received. And that's saying a lot considering I've visited different locations all over... the eastern half of the country. I could stab someone with my Chalupa shell, it's rock hard. Not like it's been sitting but allday, but all week. What kind of pos sends out a product like that? Trying to figure out how to use the order screen inside was futile. Advertised items were nowhere to be found on order screen... and there was no help from employees. Going through the drive thru was far easier. The Advertised items were on the orderscreens in the drive thru and we were able to place our order without problem. Forget going inside and go through the drivethru. Read more
I ordered 5 regular soft taccos an 1 supreme. They gave me all 6 regular. This is the 2nd time i get home with incorrect order.... But i paid for what i ordered. I tried to call and someone would pick up and hang up or just sit the phone down. Not one hadtomatos or sour cream im highly ticked once again. I advice u to check orders before pulling off or leaving parking lot. Lastorder a week ago they added crunchy stuff that wasnt suppose to be in my taco. Read more
I was handed a burrito at the drive through with beans and sauce all I've the outside of it. The alledged manager Amanda was... ride and condescending. She also.made a negative comment about my NC Sheriff's Association licence plate. I went inside to lether know how disappointed I was. She told me to leave because I was harassing her. Read more
