What started out to be a 1 star review based off a particular employee who left me on hold for a combined 30mins without any... further explanation to a question about my to go order. Turned out to be one of the best experiences due to the Manager BrookGibson and waiter Josh Crawford. When I arrived to the Texas Roadhouse located in Gastonia NC. They show me great service andmade me feel like my order mattered, and made me feel special turning a unpleasant experience to a special one. The absolute best steak house in gastonia, hands down.the yeast rolls are light as air; salad was super fresh, and the steak... melted in your mouth. Service was impeccable tonight. Read more
Wait was 45 minutes. Took awhile to get silverware. Rolls were good. Fried pickles awesome. Service busy. Bartender, Kimmie,... rude. Food was really tasty. I really liked the house salad with Bleu Cheese dressing. Steak and shrimp tasty. Read more
My family and I went to the Texas road house for the first time, the food was delicious. I typically avoid chains as it is... usually generic and bland. But I will say we will definitely be coming back. This place rivals any steak house I've been. Thewaitress "Hailey" was awesome she was very attentive. We didn't even need to ask for drink refills. The bartender was Awesome, so polite and amazing humor...and a perfect waiter...The rest of the crew sucked...I ordered a... porterhouse steak at Med. Rare and it was tough as leather.. and a classic margarita with a shot of patrone...Bat and all that!! Read more

Our party of 10 was traveling through on our way to a concert in Charlotte. We stopped in right when they were opening & was... seated within 30 minutes. Ordered our food about 45 minutes later and we were out of there by 6:25 p.m. Food and drinks weredelicious ! I give it a 10 / 10 ! We will definitely return when in Gastonia ???? Read more
