Went to this place 20+ years ago with my parents. Was in the area a month ot so ago and went to the restaurant again. Been back... a couple times since. It's about an hours drive from where I live and in a direction I rarely travel, but, I will be going backto this restaurant if I'm in the area. I am not a seafood expert but they still serve flounder of some sort that still has theskin with the dark side and light side. I like the dark side by the way. Took over an hour and a half to be served. Had to take my food to go for my family of 3 because the restaurant was closing soon.... A family of 7 arrived a 15 minutes after we ordered our food and were served and left before we received our food. I will nevergo back there again. Read more
Best Sweet Tea, the oil they fry in is always fresh, the chicken tenders are not fishy tasting. The salad bar is always fresh... and stocked. The cole slaw, potato salad, and macaroni salad off of the salad bar is delicious. And the Hush Puppies are crispnot soggy. My family and I always enjoy our dinner experience when we go. Read more
A salad bar! Yay, Covid is over. Got the fried white fish because I needed a flaky center and "almost" crunchy crust. Tasted... fresh, good enough for me. Partner got whole catfish, piled high very decent portions. Nani got the flounder, yummy. All in all,basket of hushpuppies, baked potato, and the pitcher of sweet tea was left for us on the table. Kim was our server, she'sbasically family now. Don't pay extra for salt and pepper because it did not taste like it was added. Read more

Outstanding service and food here, very impressed! The price is hard to beat, and it is clearly a favorite of the local crowd -... always a good sign. The batter in particular was very well made, not too thick or overly salted. Read more
If you're craving really good seafood, this is the place to go. Great service and generous portions make this the best seafood... restaurant around. Best to arrive at opening time as seats fill up fast. It does have a drive thru however, due to high demand,it does take a while to get your food. Read more
