'm giving two stars to be generous. We were sat at a high top round table that was wobbly and chairs that felt dangerous to sit... in. We ordered drinks and meals pretty quickly. While waiting on our food that took at least 35-40 minutes to come out myboyfriend felt a drip on his neck and looked up and the condensation from the ac was dripping directly on him he had to move hisseat but the dripping still hit the table and splashed up in his face and on his food when it came. When our food came we had toask the girl that gave us our food to get our server because we wanted to make a to go order. The girl ran around for at least 5minutes looking for our server. When our server came it was the first time we saw her after placing our order and the last timewe saw her until it was time for our check. She didn't even bring us out to go order. We didn't get any refills that were badlyneeded while we were eating. There was a hostess talking bad about a waitress that was loaded down with a lot of tables bothinside and outside. The girl that brought our food was the hardest working person in the place while she was running aroundseating people, bringing food out, and answering phones, if we could give our tip to her instead of our waitress we would. Thefood was good other than the tater tots that tasted like they were freezer burned and cost $5.99 for a small portion. At the endof our visit we received our check which we wanted separated to have the Togo order on one check and paid for it with cash. Whenthe waitress brought my card and the change back from the to go order the cash was there but we didn't get our coin change andthe receipt was missing. Um. Zero Stars if I could. They had a total of five wings in the little buffet area? Waited for next batch of wings. They put... out maybe another?. 20? Yikes. They watered down my Lemonade for some reason? Wings were incredibly dry. Some were convenientlyhot some were, lukewarm. Overall unsatisfied. Left hungry. Read more
Food was good. The band was awesome...Mike D & the Rhythm Kings were on point.
We waited 15 minutes in the parking lot for the doors to open at 11am (7/4/22) and waited over an hour to get the food after... being told it would only take about 20 minutes to cook the 25 wing meal deal. The wings were way over cooked (had a variety offlavors... ginger teriyaki, garlic garlic garlic, fiery peach and Bubba BBQ), burnt onion rings, hard fat fries and a salad. Wewere told the blue cheese needed to be made as our food was waiting under a heating lamp (food dries out under lamp over longperiods of time). My lady and I were compensated with a food coupon for the delay but the food itself was unappreciated. Itsucked watching all other patrons get their food when we were the first through the door. It sucked having overdone wings. Itsucked having burnt onion rings. For 45 minutes no one gave us any idea of why our food was taking so long. The one fantasticthing about Wild Wing Cafe was having Robin (at the bar) chat with fun conversation and keep us updated on our order after 45minutes of wait as we were getting aggravated during our visit. Not sure if we will use the food coupon because this experiencedid leave a bad taste in our mouth... figuratively and literally. I reserve 1 star reviews for bad employees yet I will say thepeople were nice, courteous, pleasant and attentive overall despite the issues we went through so 2 stars is what I have to givebecause the establishment was actually appealing to where we can see having a good time if we were dining-in to eat. First time ever & I will never come back. We got a seat 10 minutes before the Carolina/Duke game. The server got our drink order... brung them & never seen him again. We had to find someone else to take our order. 10:00 into the game & my soda glass has beenempty. Here it is at halftime & still empty. IF & I quote IF we get our food then I should not pay for it. Haven?t tried this place in over 3 years because then, they were never consistent. My son wanted to try so I said ok. Surely... they could have improved. From time of sit down and order it took an hour to get the wings and that?s ordering at 4:22pm whichwasn?t busy at all. The wings came and the celery on the plate was hotter temp than the wings, usually I don?t send stuff backbut I was so hungry I figured I will still eat them or they only heat them up a little bit . The server took them and broughtthem back with the same temp to touch as before. Just another reminder of why I don?t come here and why I won?t recommend toanyone. If you want a bar then yeah this is probably good for that. But don?t expect good quality food or service . Oh and thebasket of waffle fries that are $6.99!? Look at the pic of what you get for $6.99. Won?t be back here again. Save your money andgo somewhere that takes pride in quality of food and service instead of cold beer. Read more
Came here on two separate occasions. The first being dinein I've only seen the online menu prior to coming into this location. ... I was upset to see that the specials on their take out orders werent offered in house, nor were there any similar family deals.We ordered the 25 wing deal which offered 5 flavors but we had trouble distinguishing the flavors from each other. These wingsare not breaded so the are smaller than other locations that serve wings. Ordered the sampler and the frycuterie with the wingswhich were actually pretty good. Glad to see many variety of drinks offered but would've liked a larger beer selection. Ended upordering their version of a Michelada, not worth the $10. It was a basic beer with the cup rimmed in salt and spices. Decided togive this place another shot and ordered the wing meal deal which consist of 15 wings and 15 nuggets 2 flavors(would've likemore flavor options) along with 2 sides and a salad. The order was short on the nuggets and for enjoying the onion rings inhouse they were over battered this time around, they looked like donuts I'm not sure if I'll be coming back. Read more
Not many people upon arrival, maybe 2 other tables, most of the customers were at the bar. Once we were seated and ordered it... took 45 minutes for our food. We ordered 3 sprites and 1 sweet tea. Sweet tea was unsweetened, and only enough sprite for 2 ofthe 3. Appetizers came out with the food. Wings were so small for the price but that's not even the worst part. They were DRYand over cooked. The garlic wings had no evidence of garlic ANYWHERE. The kids burgers looked like ground beef thrown on thebun. The 2 men waitstaff however were trying their BEST and we appreciate them. Upper management or corporate needs to step inand HELP weather its more staff, takeout only, online only ect. It's hard for 2 or 3 people to run an entire restaurant. Poormanagement Read more
