Ok do not order from this place through Doordash. I was charged $47 American dollars and they deliver 2 root beers which I didnt... even order. Oh and it took them 2 hours to arrive with 2 sodas! I can't even rate the food as it wasn't delivered. I can't evenfathom anyone looking at this order and daring to deliver 2 drinks with a receipt of $5.00 but charge $47 on my debit card. Thatis some major tip there! Stay clear is my recommendation. I also decided to give them an in person chance and dropped by toorder a vanille shake. They said, "we don't have vanille" and force an awful strawberry shake instead. Now let me ask, how dothey make a root beer float without vanille ice cream?? Is this an A&W or not? I sure as heck don't think the chain wouldsuppport an A&W without vanille ice cream! Perhaps they should change the name. Read more
Sweet potatoe fries were excellent. But the onion rings were cold. Ice cold. I brought them back (dined in). They made new ones... and let then sit under a not got lamp for 10 minutes before I got them. They were warm ...very disappointing ???? this visit. Read more
A&W at : 479 Chem. Vanier, Gatineau, QC J9J 1Z4 We stop here almost every Friday when going up to the family cottage. We have... lots of experience. So the burgers are normally warm and on point. The staff is great, they're quick and friendly. My gripeis over the onion rings. Its really a hit or miss and more often, it is a miss. This time it is bad to the point that I mustreview it for others to see. Pretty much all the onion rings were doubled/tripled. Meaning they throw a clump of onion slicesin the batter and then deep fry them that way. This creates excessively large onion rings with a very thin layer of friedbatter. Nobody wants to eat them like that, we want batter and that famous A&W spice. The onion to batter ratio is wayoff. I'll continue going and post every time the onion rings are bad. If this persists, I'll complain to corporate because Idon't want to have to ask them to redo them all the time.... If the owner reads this, could you please consider re-trainingyour staff for the rings. It would be appreciated. Thank you Read more

Pretty much just seeing what others have said so far about this location. The staff is very efficient and the service is... stellar. Food is always warm and the order is always on point. Inside the restaurant is very clean so I can?t knock any starsfrom my final verdict. 100% I would recommend this location. Keep up the great work. Read more
This location is just amazing. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The food is always warm and fresh. The order always... accurate. For a fast food joint, this location takes pride in their service. We?ve placed an order here for 6 adults and 4 kidsat one time, NO ERRORS. None! The entire order was exactly as requested (including the ones with specifics such as no tomato oronions etc.). I?ve also run into a situation when I ordered ahead of time for pick up and when I got there, nobody knew where myorder was. We quickly realized it had simply been misplaced with the Uber Eats/Skip the Dish orders and without hesitation orask the manager took it upon herself to just re-do my order so it could be warm/fresh. EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY OF SERVICE. Showed up at 3 am and was told it would be 30 minutes because they are cleaning their grill.... Waited 30 minutes and went back and was told it would be an hour because someone disappeared. Sorry but you should hire newstaff. I am highly unsatisfied with their service here and do not recommend. Ordered a mama burger after a long night at work on my way home, it was handed to me as the cashier was giving me back my... change. The burger was ice cold, burger patty was dried out, cold slice of cheese thrown on it. This was on a Saturday night, noone in the restaurant or in drive thru other than myself. I find it absolutely unacceptable that this is the product beingserved at your establishment in Aylmer. I live a 2 minute drive away. Gone way down hill since you opened.
