Horrible? ingredients were not fresh, super greasy. The crew is not following the protocols, for example no gloves when... manipulating food and the cashier would flip and slice the quesadillas while waiting on someone to pay but without gloves orwashing his hand. What a letdown. I've been wanting to try this place for so long now. I ordered two identical burritos that had chicken and all... the toppings. The burritos were alright, tasted fresh! The fries, oof. As of 2022-09-18, your frying oil needs to be changed,theres no doubt about that, the flavor was very gross. The tortilla chips were extremely stale and the red salsa had no flavoredand tasted as if someone had diluted it with water. Read more
I've ordered from here 3 times. The first couple of times, the food was fantastic. I ordered the chicken burrito and it was one... of the best I've ever had. The last time I ordered though, I got the fish burrito with extra protein (assuming this meant adouble portion of fish) but I got halfway through the burrito before I found a piece of fish. and it seemed like it might havebeen fried and then refried. one end of it seemed very chewy. I really didn't enjoy this one. With each order I've gotten friesand if you try this place, you should too. Loved them every time. My daughter got a pulled pork quesadilla. Don't get this itwas not good. one bite and it went straight in the garbage. Don't order this. Bottom line here is that it's hit and miss. Whenit's good it's really good but when it's bad, it's not something you want to eat. First girl serving me had an attitude and couldn't answer my questions about the food. Second girl was nice, knew how to answer... the questions about the menu. Food came cold, extreme nachos and the burrito including its meat cold too.. they do put theburrito on the press, but its not enough to heat up the meat inside the wrap. Although i asked for all dressed, they didnt putlike 1/3 of the ingredients.. Overall, food good despite it all being cold. Read more
Love the burritos but service is horrible, had so much attitude and was very rude. He was mumbling and we could not understand... him but he got very aggressive and condescending when we could not understand. My boyfriend does not speak French so I wastrying to help him and the guy went "who's the burrito for really? Not u good then stay out of it" SO RUDE AND PLAIN MEAN. willnever be returning here with such horrible mean employees. Very awful place , I heard many people Felt uncomfortable after ate from here . The service is poor , Specially the short old... guy with glasses , probably is the owner of this restaurant, i cant describes how disgusted I have felt after delt with hisattitude. Children menu states that it comes with chips and salsa. We took the quesadilla for children and we were denied the chips as... supposedly it does not come with it and they don?t add any vegetables for them!!?? No where it states that on the menu.. poorcustomer service as well, will take a long time before we go back to this place. Read more
