Placed a order online with a schedule time for delivery but was delivered 30 minutes before time i have scheduleed. Called to... talk to manager and explained the situation and he quickly understood my problem and had a second delivery sent on the time Ihave requested. Dinner was for wife and I but wife was not home yet when first delivery was made. Manager understood that a manmust keep wife happy when ordering dinner and to have dinner ready when she arrives and not have dinner on table for over 30minutes just sitting there and getting cold. Benny will always be superior to St-Hubert in my honest opinion. I often order poutines from benny since they are really good.... One day , I don't know if it was the cheese or the sauce but I wasn't feeling good at all so I called the manager. The Managerwent above and beyond to say sorry multiple times , made sure to go check with his employees if the cheese or sauce were expiredso that it doesn't happen to someone else and to top it all off , he sent me an other poutine free of charge. We ordered our food with a receipt that says 4 utensils. We waited in drive through to pick it up to keep social distancing. We... then drove 20 minutes all the way to a park to eat and find...no utensils which is clearly written on the receipt. When I calledto complain i was rudely told by a what seemed like a teenage that its up to the client to say something. Well......we didclearly say utensils and have the receipt to prove it!! Needless to say we will never be going back! Oh and to top it off Iordered a white chicken poutine and got that us a chicken wing....like ???? Read more
I always get the mega poutine when I order from here it's one of the bigger family size portions price is average and food is... good. Great place to go if your craving chicken as well and I know on the week day at some point they have a great sale for aplate of chicken breast and French fry with a side of bread. Read more
Very good chicken and fries, very fast, friendly girl to order from same girl every time I visited 3 times. Great casual dining... room great for kids, same food as other brand but cheaper and better, brighter atmosphere. Has like 8 delivery micro cars. Poutine is poor for what we expect in the area.
