Very dissopointed with the staff , customer service, taste nothing is better. Ordered a cheesy bread and fries online and got... just a plain bread. I?ve paid online my order was for 25$ and when I called the store the staff were not responding to me and were talking to each other. I had already got my order an hour late. There were talking to me very rude and also didn?t give memy refund. They said your order will take extra one hour since they are busy and here I am still waiting for their one hour tobe over. If you don't answer the door the delivery driver won't bother to call you, he just leaves the food on the porch and... disappears. Usually I try to tip everyone a reasonable amount, but recently I haven't been doing so as the price of food hasbeen increasing so fast ($30 for 2 mediums!). The delivery driver goes out of his way to get upset that I don't tip him. I thinkI'll be ordering from somewhere else from now on. P.S. When putting spinach on a pizza, it goes on near the end of the cooking,not at the start. Otherwise you end up with a pizza covered in burnt leaves, as was the case with the one I had delivered to me.I worked many years as a line cook, and this is one of the first things you're taught when you're making these kinds of pizzas. Been ordering here for a while with no issues. Now, every time I order a small pizza, it arrives like this. Pieces are 1 in, to... maybe 2in at most. Ridiculous. Pizza is inedible. Unable to pick up as it isnt even cut through most of the time, resulting inyou fighting to rip off tiny, 1in squares to try and eat. Awful, awful, choice of cut. Who in their right mind thinks its OK todo this to a SMALL sized pizza? Read more
