Let me start with the food. The food is really tasty and I live all the option there are for th sides. I've never to this... restaurant in person but I did get the pleasure on interacting with the staff and I must say that there are great people workingthere. I've placed orders online with notes. They call me to clarify what I asked for with such kind attitude. Last time Iordered there, it was a large one. They threw in a free drink and followed notes exactly. Loved it more than my regular one in Bayshore (Ottawa). Just finishing my meal. Loved the beef pita wrap combo with great food... portion. I loved that drink was served de facto in a glass, that dishes are melamine and metallic cutlery as plastic ones areoften inadequate. Great for the environment. They even gave us a box+ quality reusable plastic bag for my kid'sleftovers. Merci. Read more

We got 3 burgers with coleslaw and fries. It was one of the worst burgers I?ve had. The fries were dry and tasted like they were... 3 days old. The coleslaw was bitter as if it was sitting in the fridge for a week. And one of the burgers was a chicken burgerand barely had any chicken in it. Maybe it?s because I ordered 30 minutes before closing time or maybe it was something else.Never again! Read more
Food is great, staff is HORRIBLE. Only reason I refuse to go there anymore. The tall employee who grills and the short man at... the cash are the problematic ones. They completely lack basic customer service skills. They are rude and cold for no reason whatso ever.
