Disgustingly disrespectful. We walked in as Ontario residents all of age. We asked the bartender if we needed one or two pieces... of ID, as many bars asked for two, she said one as long as we tipped a lot. Very unprofessional and it didn?t end there. We thenordered shots valued at roughly $65 and we all received water. We all collectively agreed that it was water. We then confrontedthe staff and not only did they deny it but they refused to give our money back. The worst experience myself and my group haveever had. Interesting experience. Upon entering the bar, we were asked by a lady if we were buying a round and if she could join us. Not... two minutes later, we saw her behind the bar working. We eventually ordered 8 shots of whiskey and one shot of gin. We weregiven 1 shot of gin? and eight shots of water. I?ve never seen this before. I don?t know if it?s because we declined a shot forthe worker or because we were from Ontario. After asking, one bartender admitted the bottle smelled like water. The otherbartenders said it was whiskey and would not admit it wasn?t. We were NOT drunk whatsoever and everyone (including someone whohadn?t taken a single drink that night) agreed instantly that it was water. Unbelievable. Got served $70 worth of what was supposed to be vodka, but was actually water. Despite us being respectful and... trying to figure out where the discrepancy came from, the staff was immediately aggressive and made it out like we were theoffensive. It became clear very quickly that they did this intentionally. Really sad that this is still a creditedestablishment, what a joke. This is criminal. Read more
They served us water when we ordered shots. They then denied it until finally admitting and giving us them after 10+ minutes.... Bartender was also extremely rude and sketchy. Read more
It wasn't that busy and the service was slow. Took awhile to get menus and when the waitress said she'd bring our bill we waited... 10 minutes and had to ask again. Other than that the nachos and Greek salad were good. Read more
I had the Buffalo Chicken wrap, fried cheese curds, and Caesar salad. would recommend all of them ????
Food is pretty good most of the time, I have had some inconsistencies but not enough to really sour me on the place. Good spot... to grab a beer, snack and watch a hockey game or something. The place can get a bit hectic later at night. Service may beaffected by how busy the place is (in terms of wait) but the staff has always been genial and nice to me regardless. Read more
