just went there it was pretty bad. messed up pretty much my whole order. very sad
Worst service ever. I ordered 2 coffees for curb side pick up. Nobody showed for 10-12 mins. When I went inside the store and... asked about my order, the staff said they didn't know that they had to bring it outside to curb side. They had the order rightthere prepared and were serving me the cold out coffee prepared earlier. They even refused to make fresh one or even apologizefor the inconvenience. I came here because it was close to my aunt?s place which was in the area. It?s a Subway, Gas station store and McDonald?s. The... parking was lacking. But, it?s a small parking lot which is located at the corner of a busy street. I ordered an egg & baconMcMuffin with a hash brown and an ice coffee. They just revamped the place hence the 1 star. Waited 25 minutes for a chicken burger. Always long wait, even if you are the... only one there. I have nothing against hiring handicapped/slower people, they need to work and be active in society, butmanagement should avoid putting them all on the same shift all the time or during peak hours( I mean the whole shift). Update -They may have changed their shifts, but probably due to personal shortage, it is still slow service. Update 5 Nov 2022, servicestill a bit slow. Staff better this time they were out of toys and took upon themselves to compensate with extra yogurt orfries in each happy meal ordered(3) really appreciated. They did forget to brink in of the ordered drink out, but quicklyreturned with it when prompted. (We used curbside pick-up) upgraded to 3 stars from 1 overall. Read more
