Terrible service. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and was served single beef with only one slice of cheese. After... I told the staff about it, they just gave me one thin layer of meat in a separate box to compensate. How about the missingcheese? They should?ve prepared a proper double beef with double cheese and sincerely apologized. What?s more, the beef wastasteless. Read more

I ended up at this McDonald?s on the worst day ever. It was right after the storm that left many parts of Ontario without power.... This location was a nightmare! The self serve machines were not printing receipts so most people didn?t even know what theirorder number was. The display screen was also broken and the orders were all over the place. I waited 2.5 hrs to get thisbreakfast sandwich and an iced coffee. The staff were nice but clearly under immense stress. It doesn?t help when everything ismalfunctioning on a high pressure day like this. I wanted to write this review to say thank you to all the staff who pulled offthe unimaginable in serving a sea of hungry, frustrated and helpless customers on a horrible day. Service was great, it's always great when the night time crew is working. Food is hot and they are polite and quick.
