Horrible service, they act like kids throwing fits when you want to cash out of the vlt. I understand when someone wants to go... for a smoke or use the washroom when playing the vlt?s but holding a machine while your served a meal????? The sign says ?2?minutes, not 20 minutes. Read more
I wish the gravy came on the poutine, kinda difficult to pour it onto it. But overall good taste!
Always good. Very nice presentation of plates. The Fish and Chips are great. And as another comment said, the chicken is real.... Excellent breakfasts as well. The prices are affordable. Staff is kind and efficient. Read more
The poutine is disgusting The majority of fries are the small or broken ones All fries were over fried and were black ish! Very... likely we'll be sick! Ordered 2 large poutines and unfortunately had to throw one and half !! What a waste of money! Read more
I asked for a poutine, my friend ordered a poutine pogo and drink for $0.50 more. I was paying for both so I told the waitress... to change my order to the same thing, she acknowledged and said ok. She printed the bill and punched in the amount on the debitmachine. I noticed she had only added a poutine for me so I asked her to change my order before I paid. She told me it wasimpossible and said sorry, no option whatsoever to change it, or remedy the situation.. order has already been put in thesystem. Very confused that it was impossible to make this right, I still left a decent tip hoping she would throw in a pogo forme. I could have just used that money to pay for a pogo after this transaction was completed.. We sat down and waited for about8 minutes, no movement in the kitchen... she finally went over the the bathrooms and yelled into them, and the cook came outimmediately and prepared our order. Once we went outside to eat it, it turns out that his poutine with the pogo and drink isabout the same size or arguably larger than the one I got, just in a different container... no surprise pogo for me... Anyways,the poutines were not great. Runny gravy, fries that seemed still frozen on the inside but they were hot on the outside. I gothalfway down mine and there were no cheese curds left... all in all, the experience contributed to this being the worst poutineI?ve ever had. I eat a lot of poutine... by itself, probably a 3/10. 1/10 for the whole experience. Read more
