Customer service very bad. I never seen bad service like pizza pizza on Mont Blue in Gatineau Hull sector. They took our pizza... back because of our complaint for not to cut it and the topping was away from the edge by 4 inches. Very poor topping. Refusedto refund our money. They put the pizza back on top of the oven for the next day and throw it in garbage. Very rude. I do notrecomend this store at all to any customer. Be carefull from them. When you arder your order for pick up check it up over thecounter if you do not like it ask for refund. Unpolite employee especially Ayyoub who works in the evening shift. This is notthe first time. Don't depend on this 3.4 rating there seems to be a few liars on this feed. If you look most ppl rate 1 tho I would rate 0 if... there were the option. Terrible experience. I ordered for pickup and they didn't let me know when it was ready. Finally I wentan hour after placing the order to cold food which he didn't offer to switch up. Next, this branch is stingy on the toppings. Iordered this bread with cheese with barely any cheese on it at all. Other branched drench it in cheese and butter. Same thingwith the panzerotti. Barely any toppings, mostly bread. Then the poutine was totally cold and the gravy gelatinized. Don'trecommend this pizza pizza. And this is from someone who LOVES pizza pizza. Read more
It is my son favorite place to eat pizza and fries.I like the staff there. They are hardworking and honest. Especially Charbel,... Edreis, Mashaal, Jamal, Daria and Fatia. They are fast, smiley, honest in their job and the pizza they make is really yummy. MayGod bless them. Stay safe Read more
Placed order online and they called me 45 mins later to tell me they don't deliver to my address yet I've been ordering online... with no issues for over 5 years...They said it was too far. Google maps shows 9 mins drive time... Read more
Ordered from this location for the first time on Uber and the rotten smell of the pepperoni was so bad we had to close the box.... The meat was expired and had the strongest smell. We called pizza pizza to ask them to relay the msg to the location so theydon?t serve the pepperoni to other customers but the agent asked us to call Uber and have Uber relay the message. What kindabusiness are they running? It?s a hazard people can get food poisoning from this and they tell you call someone else? No way weare ever ordering from this place again.
