I have never left a review in my life; however this place is absolutely terrible. Firstly, I ordered for delivery at 11:15am... and it did not arrive until 12:15pm. Secondly, I ordered double potato wedge and received 1 box of fries and 1 box of sweetpotato fries which were extremely soggy on top of not being what I ordered. Finally, the pizza?s themselves were not what Iordered: Pepperoni, Feta, Hot Sauce Swirl: Saw maybe 4-5 tiny little pieces of Feta on the entire pizza. No hot sauce swirl.Asked for well done and it?s barely cooked. Italian Sausage, Feta: there is no way that a large pizza is supposed to only get 7pieces of Italian sausage; a few slices don?t even have any sausage whatsoever. Same issue with the Feta as the first pizza,there is only a few crumbs. Also, it is once again barely cooked when I asked for well done. Never ordering from this locationagain. I'm not one to complain, but not a single thing about this order was correct. Read more

Canceled my order, never called me and claimed they were at my hotel lobby despite sitting there for a half hour. Poor service... and probably purposely did not want to deliver my order despite being placed before closing. Read more
I ordered a medium pizza yesterday around 1pm? with butter chicken as a topping, instead I got plain chicken and it tasted off. ... The crust was crunchy, hard and gross, I couldn?t eat it. Watch out if you're ordering the new plant-based items. Check them carefully, because if your experience is like ours, they... might not be plant-based, and then the guy at the central number you have to call will tell you that you're wrong, they're just"very realistic" and they won't give you a refund, but they'll send more so "you can see for yourself." It wasn't hard to seefor ourselves. Left in both photos is chicken, right is plant-based. In case you need to try and figure it out too: the chickenversion is larger, a lot less uniform, with a thicker coating, and clearly has stringy fibrous tissue in it. Gatineau location,you need to make it a lot easier for your staff to tell them apart, because this was not cool on any level. Read more
Ordered cheese pizzas and this is what I've got. Dinner was delayed 3hrs as the restaurant attempted making these twice and non... of them were appetizing nor right. Is this really a cheese pizza ? No cheese, burned or uncooked, cold to the touch..... I don'twant a credit nor a new one, I'm fed up with them and don't want to order or rat ever again from them. Read more
If there was a way to rate this 0 stars I would. We ordered a pizza at 4:30pm and it arrived with uncooked dough and all of the... toppings crammed to one side of the pizza. After placing a complaint at 5:20pm and being told a new pizza would be delivered, wewaited another hour. Nothing. By 6:30pm we called again and were told the store received the order and just never made it. Weasked for a refund and were told told a refund ?isn?t possible?. So when you pay for something and don?t receive it, you can?teven get your money back. (You may receive credit?which is useless since we will never order from Pizza Pizza again.) Becautious ordering from here. This customer service is awful, they can?t seem to figure out how to cook a pizza, and they?llsteal your money to boot. Read more
