My last visit was quite dissapointing. It took a long time to get our order. I noticed no one had received their order where in... thesection I sat in. When we did get our food, it was cold. It did not taste fresh.They also got my partner's and my orderwrong. We waited over 10 minutes for a glass of water as well, and had to ask 3 different waitresses. The service was too slow and unorganized. The same order was placed twice! The cups weren't washed and smelled strongly. Even... after changing the cups the problem was still there so ... no coffee! The crepe was too thick and didn't taste good at all. Thefries weren't fresh. The toilets were so dirty. The actuel rate was totally deceiving! Read more
This restaurant is definitely overrated. Expensive, low tasteless quality food that is poorly prepared, and confused service... workers that can't get the orders right. I sent my plate back twice. They brought my eggs completely undercooked with the eggwhites completely transparent it was disgusting just to look at. When they brought the plate back I received the wrong meat andmy pancake was completely cold. The third time when they brought my plate I should just paid for the coffees and go elsewherehonestly. The potatoes were all shriveled up and cold and super oily, same with the sausages. My plate looked like somethingthat was prepared 3 days ago and sat on the counter till served. Overall, really bad experience that ruined our morning. I donot recommend this restaurant to anyone who appreciates good food and can distinguish between good and mediocre food at best. Read more
The portion sizes are good commensurate with the price, the staff is friendly and the place is clean with a nice atmosphere
The best breakfast to go to. My husband and I visited Ottawa and found this Crepe restaurant just cross the bridge in gatineau.... 10/10 for food, taste ambience, experience, service. The eggs Benedict with brie and mushrooms is so delicious. 100% WOULDreturn and would recommend. Read more
First let me say in this third lockdown in a year of the Covid19 pandemic, finding this place today was a blessing. I can't tell... you when food has made me smile so much! Crepe places are few and far between. I had strawberry crepes with the most perfectlycooked bacon I've ever had at a restaurant! Crispy perfection. Coffee was good too. Breakfast and brunch place. This is my second time here and the food is still quite well prepared. Although this time the... service is much better as there were not as many people as first time. The place is quite large and during summer they alwayshave a nice patio area facing the street. Inside is cozy with contemporary design and touches of dark wood trims. Many benchseats so if you want more privacy and comfy seats, do ask for bench/ box seats if possible. Read more
