After their reopening, the efficiency and quality of their staff has really diminished. Don't get me wrong, they're still very... friendly and their bilingual skills are impeccable. However, my iced coffee was not properly mixed and I waited 7 minutes whilemy Almond Berry Rise drink was prepared. The whole time I was holding my iced coffee and watching it melt quickly. It may bebetter to make the frozen drink that takes longer to prepare before the iced drink that will melt quickly. Just a thought. Ialso wish Second Cup in general would have more of the chocolate almond croissants. They're always sold out. :( Otherwise, theplace is lovely with nice table setups and cozy corner nooks. I like second cup. Their hot chocolate is great. Their pastries could be better, Starbucks beats them out on that. This... particular second cup is really warm, temperature wise. Ive also found service often slow unfortunately, but I don't think I'vebeen here during peak hours. Read more
Iced coffee is absolutely disgusting. Asked for sweetener and I didn't get any, there is more ice than actual coffee and I paid... 7$ for it. Went here to save on coffee but you're better off going to starbucks next door is actually LESS pricey and tastes farbetter. Their bagel is the worst bagel I've ever had as of yet. It is rock hard I can hardly bite through it. Cream cheesetastes like they were running out and just through sourcream in. Also they don't cut the bagle for you you have to do it whenyou're back at work in your office with the knife you definitely have. Read more
No consistency, every time you order you get surprised with the coffee taste mainly taste like water. Even espresso taste awful... I tried second cup other branches and they defiantly have better management from having different coffee daily to having thecorrect coffee taste ...i'm not sure if it's all related to double the reward month....what a waste. Even there open close hoursare not consistent I've been there several times at 6:30 am and they were closed and on many days they close before 5pm!!! Read more
The staff at this location are so sweet and helpful. Fully bilingual, friendly, and efficient employees that are so easy to... deal with. The shop is always clean and tidy, and the line usually moves quickly. It's a bit annoying that their hours ofoperation are such a small window but understandable considering their location and customer base are mostly govt workers in thearea. My go to is the London Fog and chocolate almond croissant. Yum!! Read more
Happened upon this coffee shop and was pleasantly surprised. My cappuccino was made to perfection and the pastry was delicious.... Seating was comfortable and i liked the location in the museum. High ceilings, large windows. There are three banks of washroomswithin easy walking distance. The Rewards card system was not yet operating so I was given 10% off the purchase price. Read more

Great for business meetings, and just hangouts in general. The staff is great, and the pastries are delicious. They also sell... Pinkberry frozen yogurt at this location which is nice. Read more
