When I walked in, I was behind a group of 8 young men and expected the wait to be quite long. To my surprise, it went extremely... fast. The team of young men working the counter are very efficient, organized, courteous and make a perfect sub. I swore offSubway after horrible wait times in the Plateau... Decent for a quick sub, most of the staff are great except one guy of color that works there who needs an attitude adjustment,... if someone asks for a simple thing like warming up cookies.. its like a huge ask for him. Read more
The guys that work there are great workers but their customer service face could use a little lift. They get the sandwiches made... and push out the rush but a little smile or thank you have a nice day would be nice too. Read more
I have never had a hot chicken teriyaki sandwich at this location. Once the chicken had ice on it. I have stopped going to this... location since then(6 years ago, 2013), which stinks because it's very close to where I live. Gladly a new subway has opened upon the corner of Vanier and allumetiere which has nailed my sandwich so well, that even after a 20 minute drive to work, thesandwich is hot, crispy, and fresh....and after ordering from Wilfred Lavigne and making the 3 minute drive to my house, thesandwich is soggy, and cold, with a few ice chips. Maybe it's the unfortunate times I have went to that location...but why takethe chance? The times I go, it's best on Vanier....I will gladly make the drive. Read more
Sandwich was good, but the coffee was served cold and with terrible taste. For sure it was left over from previous day. Could... not even finish it So if you can't get a proper coffee served please just don't serve it at all. Worst coffee I ever had. Read more
Always great service and well made sandwiches but you need to train staff not to touch their clothing and my food and everything... around them with the same gloves. The kid's shirt was covered in food from touching client's sandwiches. Very disgusting. Read more
