The worst Thai Express restaurant I?ve ever been!! Been there 2x and the experience has never been any better. The last time I... came, I ordered for 2 Pad Thai medium spicy. It wasn?t a busy afternoon as I was the only one on the line. When I came to thecashier guy to put my order, he?s so busy PLAYING on his phone and seems mad at me when I popped up in front of him. He?s sorude! I had to repeat my order multiple times before he can get it. When the order finally came, it was wrong. Too late tocomplain though as I opened it at home already. He gave me Pad Thai NON-SPICY instead of a MEDIUM SPICY that I ordered.. thewrong order hasn?t been wrong if only the chasier wasn?t pre-occupied with something else other than what he?s paid for to do inthat store!!!! this one at the promenade de l outaouais is the best one, if you ask for a tom yum soup spicy 5 times, they will serve you a tom... yum soup 5 times spicy. they are the best and the service is the best, and you get served with a smile. i love this place Read more

Just came back home from ordering there on the 24th of August 2021 at 5 PM. Both orders were supposed to be medium spice chicken... and shrimp pad thai respectively and the shrimp one was very spicy while the chicken one tasted only of oil and overcookednoodles, absolutely awful. Read more

Order chicken with rice & beef with rice. Chicken with rice ok but beef with rice, not eatable. Beef was appears to be by... product of beef and coated with flour, deep fried. Will never eat in Thai express. Unable to eat, throw all out. In addition,food tasted sugary...I really wish that flour coated beef need to be analyzed in lab to see if it's in fact beef, it didn'ttaste nothing like beef. Read more

I ordered the Cashew Chicken with rice and veggies. I couldn?t finish it, since the portion size was huge. It was delicious!

The value for your food just isn't there. $10 for a plate of general Thai chicken... No drink included. The sauce and the... chicken were good. However, they put so much sauce that it covers up fact its cheap rice. The pad see ew was weak. There washardly any Chinese broccoli, probably not even half a stalk all chopped up.
